★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Me and my husband have brought 4 of our animals to this vet, have never had any issues.. until I recently referred my mom with her weenie dog who suddenly lost mobility in her lower extremities… thinking this would be the best place for her and remembering how nice the staff was.. I was so wrong.. if I could go back and never refer my mom, I would. Not only was the blonde lady at the desk rude.. but she continued to let other dogs be seen ahead of her dog which had an appointment.. she took in a dog that was “measured bigger than expected when we bought it” over a dog who suddenly went from perfect health to paralyzed, not eating, not drinking, lethargic.. seriously? Then they give a 15 pound dog the medicine equivalent to a 45 pound dog which after a second opinion killed her dog.. she was not even 4 years old.. when my mom called to ask about getting a steroid shot bc sometimes those help, she was told, “no she already had one of those” even though she did not ever get a shot only 2 medicines that were pills.. they even offered to put her dog down at no cost.. I mean if that doesn’t speak guilty idk what does but seriously if you love your furbabies do not trust these people with them! They’re rude, careless and negligent. I wish I could turn back the clock and we would have taken her to anywhere else bc now she is dead and we have to live with the guilt of bringing her to this place. I hope you all sleep well at night knowing you killed an innocent animal.
July 02 · Emily DumasWonderful staff. I was able to get an appt fast. I also love that I could reach Dr Christie after hours via text when I needed her. I highly recommend this place. Prices are affordable as well.
June 10 · Kalix CageUsually I would take out animals to Dr Adams but he was on vacation. Took our 15 pound dachshunds to this office due to a back injury… was told she needed rest and was prescribed gabapentin and prednisone… gave her the medicine for 3 dosage then we realize she had made turns for the worse… gave my brother-in-law the bottle to look at to see if that was normal due to her being completely out of it about to die… and they gave our 15 pound Dog the dosage for a 45 pound dog!!!! THEY ARE THE REASON OUR DOG IS DEAD! they made our dog overdose due to there negligence!!! Do not take your dog here unless you don’t want them to be killed !! Due to there negligence they offered us to put her down for free… but she has passed on her own now from what was a simple back injury ! Because of them our dog is dead!
July 02 · Jordan GarrettI give this place 0 stars the blonde young girl was rude not very welcoming or friendly she tried giving a dog a shot in the waiting room and messed up so had to stick the small dog twice but that’s not even the worst part Dr played a part in my dog dying bc the medsWe’re too much too strong for her now im burying my dog
