★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a great experience with this clinic. The staff was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the whole process. They called me every step of the way to explain what was going on and to get my authorization for additional exams. When I picked up my pup after her spay surgery, she was calm and well taken care of. They even found a small hernia during the procedure and were able to remove it right away. I truly appreciate how they handled everything with care and professionalism. Cheapest price, excellent service 👍🏻 Highly recommend!
July 22 · Norma LópezWe have been patients at the Zephyrhills location, they referred us to the Wesley Chapel location for services the day we went. Very kind, knowledgeable and professional staff helped when my dog crossed the rainbow bridge. We were treated with compassion and respect; immediately ushered to a private room, informed of each step of the process, and given ample time. The vet was very thorough and understanding. Overall, a positive experience.
August 24 · Sarah DeyI’ve been going to Planned pethood for many years. I’ve had many of my pets over the years, spayed andneutered. Recently, one of my dogs was having some serious issues, and the staff was so compassionate, informative and thorough. It’s a bit of a drive for me to get to them but well worth it.
August 20 · Jennifer TibbettThey spayed one of my TNR cats, Beatrice. 4 stars only because check in took almost a full hour. Customer service was otherwise good. They got us in quickly on a cancellation and provided good quality veterinary care at an affordable price. Beatrice healed up beautifully, and was more traumatized by the car ride than her actual visit. Bea ended up being too sweet to release, so she's off to rescue to find her forever home. Very grateful to Planned Pethood for helping expedite her rehoming process. The attached photo is from a week ago, today she barely even has a scar.
February 24 · Ashlee ShawVery disappointed with them. Wasn't aware I had to bring my kitten in for 3rd third shot. No one told me about a third shot and no one sent a reminder call or email. Now I possibly have to repeat my kittens vaccination process. I wont be going back there because of that. Other then waiting there forever to get seen everything else was just alright nothing special about em.
