★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been to their sister facility down the road. Just like them they have an amazing staff and even on a Saturday coming in at around 12:30 to a walk-in clinic, I was out of there in a bit over a half hour. The prices are great too. My fur baby is happy and healthy!
August 02 · Stephen RushingAll 4 of my animals get their wellness checks, vaccines and healthcare here and I’m extremely happy with all of the services. Staff is professional and compassionate, techs are attentive and knowledgeable, and the vets have been excellent at providing medications and care that extended my senior dog’s life. Messages have always been returned the same day, and although the walk in wait time can vary, the prices are reasonable and the care doesn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend!
August 24 · Sarah DeyVery nasty customer service. Very incompetent treatment Yelling managers. Threatened to keep our dog. I was told I could pay over the phone for my daughter's dog. She was treated rudely. I've never been treated so badly. Beware. How awful they all were. My daughter was so upsetShe requested to speak to the doctor also refused. Ms Dolly still isn't feeling better. They took our money. I'm calling Better Business Bureau. It should have been a safe and knowledgeable and loving place to take your fur baby. They didn't tell her to follow up after the antibiotics for the infection and they didn't tell her how to treat the paws that were all infected.
August 29 · DonnaMy son had to make the very difficult choice to send his precious fur baby over the rainbow bridge due to an end stage terminal illness. The team at Planned Pethood was so compassionate and kind and gave us all the time we needed to give lots of love and say goodbye. We can't say thank you enough (especially to Lori) for your care during this difficult time.
June 28 · Carrie Anne HartmannIt’s affordable but very busy we waited 3 hours to be seen and then told they couldn’t do X-rays due to not having enough staff and a lot of clients waiting to be seen. So I have them do bloodwork since we sat there so long and drove an hour. My dog was very sick and in pain. Turns out he has diabetes and almost died. We went to another vet to get help. If you’re looking for someone affordable they would be fine for bw and shots. Be prepared to wait awhile for service.
