GSVS Veterinary Emergency Care Toms River Reviews
Would like to give a million thank yous to this amazing emergency vet. I had to bring my cat Muffins in for an emergency and he unfortunately had to be put down. The front desk workers, tech, and veterinarian were truly amazing. They were kind and so graceful. I asked for his fur and paw prints and when I picked up his ashes today, I even got a nose print and little jar for his fur. They also sent a letter in the mail with their sympathies. I truly wish they also took regular vet appointments because they all made a sad heartbreaking situation so much better. They are affordable, honest, and thorough with their care. Thank you so much. ❤️
May 29, 2025 · Taylor Elizabeth SI brought in my spicy senior dog who had a torn dew claw. I can’t express how thankful I am to the CSR, Nurse and Dr. on that night! They were extremely thorough, compassionate, and handled him with care. I will be taking my fur kids to them for any emergencies going forward. Thank you!
Feb 20, 2025 · Samantha LeDouxI couldn't be more grateful for the entire staff here. We brought our sweet Bella in to get checked due to some heart and breathing complications she was having. Unfortunately, it turned out to be her time to cross the rainbow bridge. From the front office staff,to the tech, and Dr. Volpe, they were all so beyond kind and patient to let us process and spend all the time we needed/wanted to spend our last moments with our girl. Thank you so much for making such a hard time just a little bit easier.
Jul 03, 2025 · Gina MinnettoThe team was polite and thorough in the exam. We received honest clear answers to our questions about our sick kitten. The doctor spent time with us and gave us lots of information about which treatments were necessary, and which could be optional. He helped us come to a decision that we felt comfortable with. We were sent home with medication, and with information that was helpful, in getting us through, until we could get to our own vet the next day. We were very satisfied with the treatment and the staff. We definitely would recommend GSVS to anyone who is need of emergency care for a pet. I appreciate the close location, the state of the art facility, and the excellent staff
Mar 02, 2025 · Stef CThe doctors here are absolute saints. I brought in my dog who wasn't doing well and I knew ultimately I'd have to put him down (he was 15) the vets were helpful with me making the decision and gave us plenty of time to talk it over with family to make sure we were making the right decision. They were so supportive and kind to us when we made this really tough decision. The staff also let me know that there was a cheaper option at a local hospital to put my dog down and didn't even charge me for my visit/exam! I explained my worries about my financial situation and they were so kind and understanding. They truly care about their patients and want the best for them. Highly highly recommend! Thank you for all for your care and support!
