Jun 13, 2025 · lisaStart to finish, all the staff, from reception to biopsy, the techs, the doctors, were accommodating. They ALWAYS answered the phone and gave me updates, 1AM or 1PM, they answered. My dog was there for three nights. All of the staff were kind to her. I could tell when they spoke of her that they had spent enough time with her to get to know her. My dog was experiencing severe, acute liver issues. They kept her alive. Saving my dog saved me and my family. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff.
Mar 06, 2025 · K.C. RussellI am a veterinary nurse and I unfortunately had to go to oncology as my 10 year old coonhound developed a very high grade mast cell tumor. Dr. Erfourth and his nurses were incredibly kind, respectful and took the best care of my baby girl. They made me feel comfortable that she was in good hands and was being treated with care just like she was their own. Dr. Erfourth was very straight forward with his recommendations and treated me with so much respect knowing I did have some background in veterinary medicine. I did not feel like I was pushed into doing anything unnecessary. They all took the time to answer all my questions as being in general practice I don’t have much experience with chemotherapy. My sweet Piper will be there weekly for her treatments and I am grateful I am leaving her in great hands as she has always been with me at my hospital so this is her first time somewhere without me. Thank you all so much! I only have experience with the oncology department but I couldn’t be more satisfied with her care!
Jun 27, 2025 · Abbey PiehlerWe had to bring our Tanner to BluePearl following a medical emergency. He was admitted and stayed for a few days. We are so grateful to have decided on this location to provide the care to him. Every interaction we have had has been positive. We have always been seen in such a swift manner and the staff has always been so kind; this includes the registration, vet techs, and anyone I have had to speak with over the phone to answer any questions. They have always provided great supplemental support. The most impressive part of the care has been Dr. Torre. She is by far the best veterinarian that our family has ever had. She surpasses all expectations that you would look for in a quality vet. What makes her stand out is her perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. She was able to explain to us Tanner’s condition in terms that were understandable. She took as much time as necessary to discuss options in detail. She understands the financial impact of high quality vet care and is compassionate and transparent when having those conversations. She loved our little guy as if he was her own and it was apparent in every interaction we had with her. Because of her nature we never had to worry about what kind of care Tanner was getting during this traumatic event. She is a light during dark times. She deserves to be recognized and she will always have our utmost appreciation.
Mar 30, 2025 · Lynzee StittI never wanted to end up needing services here, but I’m leaving this review to thank the front desk staff and all the vet techs for making a difficult experience more pleasant. Remembering my dog and telling me she’s your favorite or you look forward to seeing her makes such a difference. Whether it’s true or not, we appreciate the happy greetings you give us! The surgeons and vets have to be serious, so the joy you bring us was so important! I won’t ever forget it! And the accessories helped too.
