Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I went to Banfield for three consecutive days trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat. After an x-ray and determining her abdomen was swollen they referred me to Blue Pearl whose care my baby is still under. I just want to say that the care at Banfield was wonderful. The staff is great and Nicholas at the front desk is totally awesome and I cannot say enough about him. Thank you, Banfield for treating my baby with such love and care!!!!!
Mar 20, 2025 · Robin GrynbalThis location is good when they are open but it’s hard finding a time when they are open. Tried calling at 4:40 with a question about my dog and they were closed even though the website says they close at 6. I called another Banfield but they can’t help me because my dog isn’t seen there. Not reliable when you need them.
Mar 20, 2025 · Keith SmithHorrible experience. Very unprofessional, and i got a called to go pick my pet and 1 hour later they decide to release her, I left to pick her up during lunch and was 1 hour and 20 mins late to work. Horrible communication, and worst experience ever!
May 29, 2025 · michelle moralesmy dog oakley was really sick and we weren’t sure what was going on. she’s only 9 months, so it was scary to see her like that. we have been searching high and low for a vet that we can say we fully trust with her health and after our visit to banfield we can say that we have. thanks to the care at their office and their ability to see us back to back days she is doing much better and leaps and bounds closer to her normal self. we cannot recommend them enough!! i used to think vet plans similar to theirs wasn’t worth it but i can say the money is well spent! highly recommend this office.
Feb 18, 2023 · Audrey FisherI am most grateful to the staff at Banfield in Robinson for their compassionate care of my cats. They diagnosed my 13 year old companion with a rare form of terminal cancer. Everything was explained to me and they took loving care of my cat. My most sincere Thank You from Mikey!
