Mar 09, 2025 · Sarah Worley5 stars for the doctors and vet techs. They are always great and willing to explain everything. 0 stars for the secretaries, especially the very rude man. I’ve never had an easy experience paying for food, medicine, or scheduling visits in person. He is very snarky and disrespectful to customers. He even mocked me and gave me a long look of disgust for trying to figure out what type of appointment I needed to schedule for next time. If it wasn’t for the excellent care actually provided to my cat, I’d find a new vet clinic in a heartbeat.

Dec 18, 2024 · Christiane BlackwoodThe staff is always welcoming. I have been there 6 times and never waited longer than 5 minutes for the tech to come out. The front desk is thorough, and you can tell that their pasdio s are my furbabies. Even though I am unable to go back in the room with my furbaby, I have full confidence in their techs and vets. Their pricing is affordable, and all procedures and care are discussed beforehand. No surprises ! Keep up the great work!!!!
