Petco Reviews
I went there to grab some items for a new puppy in the house. I wasn't exactly okay with the prices as some of them seemed a little much when something similar could be purchased elsewhere for lower. Didn't have any or enough carts as I was shopping so I had to backtrack for a basket which was just barely enough since I didn't require anything large this time thankfully. Staff was nice, helpful and courteous. Overall, I would go back for certain things but not everything since some items didn't seem reasonably priced for their uses (i.e. a small doggy bed)

Apr 21, 2025 · David CoitSo my dobie Merlot and I went to Petco this afternoon and we were shopping for her baby sister's stuff. she was minding her own business next to me on a 4" leash in heel position, never barked, never acted crazy and ignored all the children and adults.I imagined it to be a wonderful afternoon where she and I had some alone time in a place that she's welcomed. However, throughout the 30 minutes I was in Petco with her, this child with his parents next to him kept yelling "bad dog" while pointing his finger at Merlot, screaming that she'll bite him. This kept going on for 30 minutes until they left the store which was literally two minutes before I left the store, so that made my trip with Merlot really really frustrating and it made my day awful. The worst part is that the parents were literally next to him all the time and did not correct him. They just let it happen. I was by myself. I have been recovering from anxiety and depression (Merlot is the hero for that), and my first and only reaction was to stay collected, hurry up and just pay & go, but my mood has been really really bad since I left the store.I feel awfully sorry for my dog. I feel sorry that I didn't stand up for her, I feel sorry that I didn't say something when I should've, and it's been building up inside of me and turning into anger and frustration for the whole day and honestly, this has ruined my weekend. Thank you for reading
Apr 07, 2025 · Judith LuoPetco’s is a great place to go for all of your pets needs! They have a variety of brands as well as all of your pet’s needs. You can also bring your pets into the store with you as an added bonus. The store also has a clinic to set up check ups and get all your vaccinations done in one place. You can even register your pet and get personalized tags for your pets. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the merchandise and knowledgeable staff who are ready to assist you with a smile and pleasant professional attitude. Great for dogs and cats but not as much for exotic pets. If you’re looking for necessities for a more exotic animal, I would call before going to check and save yourself the drive. However if you’re looking for something for your dog or cat, they will have plenty of options!!!
Apr 23, 2025 · Kimberly “Kimmy Taz” TaziolyI made the appointment online and seen that it says rabies or vaccinations in general should be at least 24 hours. Anyhow somewhere in the midst of questioning, they’ve asked if I understand English as if I spoke a different language to them. However, the store employee “groomer” said otherwise that it must be at least 48 hrs of vaccination. My dog is a standard poodle and yes she knows when she’s about to be groomed she loves it. Unfortunately after going back and forth about what it says online my dog got really sad and I feel as though the didn’t want to groom her because she required time.
