The foundation of Lange Veterinary Hospital’s philosophy is a commitment to providing "the best veterinary care for every pet we see." This is more than just a motto; it is a guiding principle that influences every aspect of their service. The team understands that a veterinary visit can be stressful for both pets and their owners. As a result, they have cultivated an environment where animals feel welcomed and safe. As one owner of a large pitbull mastiff mix attests, "some vets I have taken him to before have always been scared of him, the staff at Lange welcome him with open arms." This acceptance and genuine kindness are what allow even a large and potentially intimidating dog to "shower them with kisses." This level of trust is something that cannot be bought; it must be earned through consistent, loving care.
The clinic’s dedication to its clients extends beyond the examination room. The staff is consistently described as "helpful and caring," creating a feeling of ease for owners who are worried about their pets. This peace of mind is a significant part of the value offered by Lange Veterinary Hospital. Knowing that you have a veterinary clinic you can "trust" is everything. The team takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and educate pet owners, ensuring that you feel supported at every step of your pet's health journey.

The practice has a team of experienced veterinarians and technicians who are skilled in a wide variety of procedures. They understand that advanced care doesn't have to be financially burdensome. They work with pet owners to find solutions that fit their needs, offering various payment options like CareCredit and recommending pet insurance. August 11 · avery ruffI cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Every single person that works there has been so helpful and caring and it means everything to me to have a vet clinic I trust. They make me feel at ease anytime I worry about my Gretchen so I’m so thankful to be a client.
August 27 · Michelle GrayI love this veterinary clinic! Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each one treated my pup with care and tenderness and were respectful and informative with me. I didn't feel rushed to get through the appointment and Dr. Leah was patient with my questions and took the time to explain my pup's condition thoroughly. They gave me an estimate of the expected treatment before continuing and the charges were fair. I will return to this clinic for all future services and I will continue to recommend Lange to friends and family!
June 05 · Lauren HaganI have been to several other clinics only to leave very disappointed in the staff and the service. For the first time since moving up to Fannin County three years ago, I was very happy with the hospital staff and vet. I was thankful you got Trooper in so soon. Dr. Riddles took the time to explain things and put my mind at ease that we would do everything we can to keep my little pal going. Everyone from the front desk to the vet tech were great as well. Very polite. I hate to warn y'all but it looks like you may be getting my other 5 furbabies as well when the need arises. Thank you!
August 24 · Susan VestengIf I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, the most insensitive and heartless vet hospital in town.Last week, my family cat—who had been with us since I was 10 years old—passed away in their parking lot just 10 minutes before they opened. I was desperate and begged for help. I went to the front door, but it was locked. I then went to the back, where employees were entering, pleading with them to take her back and try to save her. Instead, I was coldly told, “Well, I don’t know what you want me to do.”I had been told beforehand that she could have been saved if she received immediate medical attention, but they failed to even try. After she passed, I was hysterical—my voice shaking, completely distraught—and instead of hearing a simple, “I’m so sorry for your loss,” I was met with, “How would you like to pay?”The employees were beyond insensitive, and their lack of compassion is something I’ll never forget. From the bottom of my heart, if you want your pets to be cared for by people who truly care, do NOT take them here. I am absolutely baffled by how cold and heartless this experience was. I have no words to express just how awful it felt.
