I've only been here twice, but the vets and staff here are the most amazing and kind-hearted people I've ever met. I recently lost a cat because of a condition I found out that he had. Dr. Cohn and crew were so compassionate and willing to try to save him with me. Even though he didn't make it, they sent me a sympathy card with very sweet messages and helped with the pharmacy he was supposed to get meds from. Small gestures like this are often missed in customer/patient care, but this office absolutely nailed it. I genuinely appreciate this office and hope that everybody I've told about you all brings their babies here too! And they have the cutest office kitties!
