Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
If I could give 100 stars I would. I switched to this vet from Heart & Paw and I’ve had the best experience. My dog Pablo had to get his teeth cleaned and lost some teeth during the process. The vet (Dr. Jaekle) took the time to walk me through the procedure and reassured me my dog would be in the best care. He did not lie, from the minute I dropped of Pablo every worker I encountered was so kind and informed. Thank you so much to the staff at Banfield!
May 09, 2025 · Casey KohlerMy family and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down due to a significant decline in his health, mobility and quality of life. Jenna and staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly gentle, kind, knowledgeable, considerate, compassionate and helpful. I’m unable to articulate the immense sympathy and empathy they showed us on this difficult, devastating day. They made sure his belly was happy with plenty of treats, including a little homemade snack bowl- it was as if our dog was their own. Though the circumstances were horrendous, they made it a more pleasant experience. Thank you to the Banfield staff- you are so appreciated.
Apr 08, 2025 · Stephanie DohertyThis location is new and it was my puppy’s first time to a vet in general. The staff was very friendly and gentle with my puppy. It was an hour drive for me as they were the closest location to me that had available spots left after Christmas, but I will be coming back for the rest of his vaccinations. The doctor and tech were great with answering all of our questions.
Dec 27, 2023 · Cortnee UtseyDr. Knapp is the best! She really takes her time and takes the best care of your pet. I couldn’t imagine taking Cinnamon to any other vet as she really works with you and does the best by you and your pet. Banfield is lucky to have such an amazing vet.
Jun 26, 2024 · ShyDr. Jaekle is one of the finest doctors we've have the pleasure of knowing. He takes the time to explain and review his findings from examinations and offers options to help. Our Tabby was having a very difficult time moving around. She was stiff in walking from one room to another and fell when trying to jump onto the sofa. She recently had issues with diarrhea and exhibited pain in trying to go to the bathroom. Dr. Jaekle diagnosed her condition, Arthritis, and explained how we could help her in both bowel troubles and pain. She was given relief with medication (Solensia) and suggested the addition of fiber for her dietary needs. The next day we noticed her improvement, and is continuing to be more active and showing relief from diarrhea. He is very caring, knowledgeable and kind, and the staff have been very helpful in all ways. Our Banfield and PetSmart in West Chester is the Best!!! Thank you all so much.
