After surgery he began to reject his stitches (I now know he is apart of a 2% group that rejects stitches) after I noticed his incision healing oddly I tried contacting them to see what was wrong with my poor puppy. No one. I mean not a single soul got back to me. It took two weeks of calling so many numbers before I finally got a call back from the owner herself. Though pricing is more affordable than most. I can’t trust this group since they do not answer phone calls after performing surgery on peoples animals. Otherwise they were Pleasant people from first impression. Not answering calls when you perform as much surgery as these people do is such a liability. A liability for the owner of your precious fur baby, and the company itself. Try lifeline. Better prices and they answer the phone.
April 08 · Sarah TaylorPlease listen to the bad reviews!!We brought in a stray cat to be spayed, trying to do the right thing. Their website clearly states that TNR cats are $60 and that price includes the spay/neuter, rabies, FVRCP, revolution, pain meds, and an ear tip. We paid a $51 deposit and brought the cat in a secure carrier since we don’t own a trap. When we picked her up, our bill was $167 more on top of the deposit. They charged for rabies and add ons that are already listed as included in the $60 TNR program, plus an additional $75 fee for pregnancy (which we understood). When I questioned the charges, I was told she wasn’t a TNR cat because she wasn’t in a trap. Then another lady came over and said it is a TNR and to “fix it,” but she didn’t. I tried to get her to explain the charges, but she was rushing us out of there. She said when I received the email with the broken down receipt, I could contact them if I saw anything concerning. After leaving, I received an email with made up charges. I emailed back, and the office lady called me. She then proceeded to tell me that because the cat was “affectionate” and in a carrier instead of in a trap, they decided she was a “community cat.” When I asked her to explain the difference between a feral cat and a community cat (we live on acreage, not a community), she got defensive and likely embarrassed because she was tripping over her words and couldn’t provide a legitimate explanation. She knew she was in the wrong and didn’t want to be questioned. At that point, it was clear nothing I said would make her back down, so I said, “okay, bye,” and then hung up. Apparently she got offended at that because she proceeded to send me a text saying, “For any future pets, please go somewhere else thank you.” After I didn’t reply and just ignored it, she texted again “Your number has been blocked and we have it noted we will no longer be servicing you.” It felt like she wanted an altercation. At no point were we rude or raised our voices. My husband was right there with me. The main problems are the website makes no mention of different pricing for “community cats.” It simply says “community/stray cats are welcome,” without stating that they are charged differently, giving the impression they are the same as TNR cats, they still ear tipped her like a TNR/feral cat and nothing was explained to us ahead of time.On top of that, the office itself was filthy and poorly maintained.This place advertises low cost spay/neuter but engages in misleading, bait-and-switch pricing. The lack of professionalism and cleanliness only added to a bad experience. Had we known how this would be handled, we would have taken fhe cat to a real vet instead which is another reason we’re warning others. I would NOT trust them with any animal. I can bet, based on their responses to other bad reviews, that they will make something up in reply. Whatever they say, do not believe them. I gain nothing by leaving a bad review; I just want to help others avoid being ripped off and to protect your sweet animals from harm.

Don't do it; there are plenty of other places in this area that offer low cost spay/neuter services that are clean, safe, honest, and professional. All the Fixin's is none of these. They force you to pay for things you don't want or need and charge you for things they don't actually do and are unwilling to make things right. Moreover, the cost of the surgery may be considered low, but the cost of other services is not. Lack of communication between the employees is also a problem.I recently rescued 3 kittens from a feral colony and needed to have them spayed/neutered and vetted. I decided to try All the Fixin's since they had available appointments, so I scheduled their services via text with an individual who works with Catsnip and this clinic. The kittens had fleas and tapeworms from ingesting the fleas, so I made sure she knew that. She said they would be given Revolution for the fleas and a prazi injection for the tapeworms.As soon as I walked into the clinic the morning of their appointments, my first instinct was to turn around and take them back home. The inside of the clinic was cramped and appeared dirty. I was told to leave them in their carrier on a shelf in a closet, from which I could see what appeared to be the operating room. It, too, looked unsanitary. It became clear that the individual checking people in was unaware of the communication I had had via text with the individual who made my appointments. She even asked me how to tell the difference between Delilah and Casper (2 of my kittens who were both black), to which I replied that one was a girl and one was a boy. So she made a black mark on the inside of the female's ear (which is still there). That did not give me much confidence in the competency of the employees there. If a veterinary employees cannot tell the difference between a female and a male, that's very telling.When I came back to pick them up, they brought the carrier out. I asked if they had been given Revolution for the fleas, to which they replied, "Oh, you want that?" They hurriedly pulled them out and treated them, but when I got them back home and out of the carrier, it looked like most of it was on their fur and not their skin. Topical flea treatment must be applied to the skin for it to work properly. I also noticed they had not been given a complimentary nail trim like they were supposed to do.Day 5 after their treatment and they all still had fleas and tapeworms. So I texted to ask for a refund, to which I received a phone call. We had a long conversation, to which she admitted the incompetency of the individual at the front desk and said she would relay my concerns. She also recognized that All the Fixin's does not have very good Google ratings. I can now see why.When I didn't hear back from her for over 3 days, I emailed the owner explaining how I suspected that the Revolution had not been applied properly since they still had fleas and also suspected they had not been given the prazi injection for the tapeworms since they still had those, too. I asked that they be treated for those things since I had paid for them. I received a text and email back telling me that if it was on the invoice, then it was done. But that's not true since a complimentary nail trim was also on the invoice, and I know for a fact none of them got a nail trim. Because I had already paid them for services that were not done (tapeworm treatment) or not done properly (flea treatment), they should have been willing to correct those things. They were not.Everyone makes mistakes, but when you are unwilling to correct those mistakes, it appears to be a means by which to scam people who have entrusted their pets' care to them.If you are looking for a low-cost clinic that offers sanitary conditions run by competent, honest employees where you actually get your money's worth, this is not the place.
