Feb 11, 2025 · Christina BraunEveryone at the animal hospital was friendly to both me and my cat Meow Meow. I'm so glad to have been given the referral. I will do the same.I love CAH. They take such good care of my kittens and me. They always take the time to answer all of my questions, make recommendations on any kitten subject and make me feel as though they know my kittens and what is the best for them. I have and will continue to recommend CAH to all I can.
Feb 03, 2025 · Kate BoothStaff and Docs are awesome. Willow and I are thankful for you
Feb 06, 2025 · Emma AlbrightI had one visit and felt it was a huge waste of time (and money). They did not have any good treatment or diagnostic suggestions or recommendations for my cat’s cough. I only had one visit there and would not consider myself a client since i transferred his care/treatment elsewhere after that. Then they sent me text reminders (which i did not enroll in) two years after my only visit (over a year after my pet passed) after no follow up/communication in between. I called to let them know not to send me anything else and said i shouldn’t be getting anything since i’m not an active client. The lady was really dismissive and making excuses (instead of apologizing). I asked her to “please stop” talking about my dead cat several times which was ignored. It was bad enough to get the reminder text, but to have her relentlessly discussing the symptoms (they didn’t treat) that eventually killed him was completely inappropriate and not something a pet owner wants to be reminded of. She never apologized and just hung up on me instead (very unprofessional). They’re definitely not compassionate or sympathetic to loss. I would not want them involved in care for any current/future pets!
Dec 31, 2024 · Jenni BlairWe’ve been taking our dogs here for over a year now. I love the staff! Everyone is really kind and caring. I appreciate the fast service, and Dr’s Amber and Colin are awesome! The vet techs are also amazing!
