★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing!• The office itself is clean and open. Free refreshments in the waiting area.• The staff is professional and pleasant.• Transparency: before any procedure I was always given a list of recommendations and the prices of each before I was charged for anything.• They knew how to deal with my spicy elderly cat as well as my playful kittens. They all felt comfortable coming here. The kittens loved the play area inside the examination room.• When my elderly cat passed the entire staff sent me a card and wrote notes. This was so touching! I was in tears!• They gave me a goodie bag with toys & treats, and pet insurance info.• Great customer service & bedside manner.10/10 would recommend!
June 18 · Tosha NoakesWe took our cat here for this first vet appointment with Goodvets and they were FANTASTIC! First of all, the cat room has all this climbing equipment and toys that made my nervous little guy feel more comfortable. They had Churu at the ready and took my concerns seriously while helping me stay calm. We left the vet with a lil bag with his new meds, some new toys, and Churu. They even made sure it was all seafood flavor to accommodate his chicken allergy. AMAZING service.
April 24 · Amanda BoltonI brought my senior pit here for some age related issues and we were seen by Dr. Brandon Wiese. He was wonderful with my dog, gave us helpful tips and options for care. He called me back promptly to explain all test results, answered all my questions and concerns, and made our entire Goodvets experience outstanding. Office was clean and smelled good, desk staff and techs were also great! Thank you Dr. Brandon and staff! :)
May 10 · cynthia19900I had a fantastic experience at GoodVets Old Town. I have a very anxious pet who requires a lot of extra TLC. The whole team was incredible. After 7 (?) years of not being able to draw blood without being fully sedated, my dog had 2 vaccines AND his blood drawn with just oral sedation. It was such a relief. The techs are quick, efficient, and know what they are doing. Dr. Wiese stopped in at the end to say hello for no exam fee to familiarize my dog for next time when he will need an exam. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!
February 09 · Alyssa LitkowskiI had such a great experience here, my cat is super anxious and scared and everyone was so nice and understanding and tried to make her feel comfortable, I would highly recommend this practice. The pricing was also transparent and reasonable. The tech and vet were phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and helpful and took their time.
