Would absolutely not recommend this vet. I brought my cat in for a simple neuter, which I was charged almost $900 for. The staff miscommunicated with each other during the three times I was in the office and seemed quite disorganized (intro appt, drop off and pick up). Post-op, Dr. Bal told me the sutures would dissolve, and only spoke to me at the counter instead of a room, and they did not offer me a cone. Upon returning home, my cats incision was clearly NOT sutured closed and was open. This is just asking for infection. I emailed in photos and they said “oh it’s normal, we don’t close incisions, there are NO sutures”. From the cost to disorganization to miscommunication and unsafe technique, I will not return here and recommend others don’t. - Robyn Tevepaugh
