Woodbridge Animal Hospital: Shackelford Tonya DVM Reviews
The staff here have always been kind, professional and very helpful. They've seen to the care of three of our cats, and yesterday for the second time in 14 years they were there to help me and my wife say goodbye. I cannot thank them enough for the help and understanding they showed us and our pets when we needed it most. They're also great at shots, nail trimmings and regular checkups.
Apr 07, 2023 · Paul FieldsI want to thank them so much for taking care of Poppa this morning. I was the first person to be taken care of. They were very compassionate. They offered me coffee and put my mind at ease.
Aug 19, 2023 · Cali swagThese folks are life savers! They diagnosed our little Chihuahua's enlarged heart and his heart murmur one early morning back in June and the two meds they prescribed have literally saved his life! We've come back for a follow up visit too and every single person here, from the veterinarians and nurses to the techs and admin people are kind and respectful. Our dog is nervous about coming here but he's calm when he leaves! I've also called and had lengthy discussions with one of the veterinarians, Jennifer at no cost to us and she has given us very valuable advice! I recommend them without reservation for all your pets' medical needs! They go above and beyond for their patients!
Sep 14, 2021 · MaryBeth JewellHad to take our dog in for emergency when she collapsed at home. Never been here before. Staff rushed her back just like human ER and staff/doctors helped us through extremely difficult decisions. I can't possibly say enough good things about these folks. I'm so thankful for the compassion and follow-up.
Jul 03, 2017 · Rissa LamAs far as service, they were good, but extremely expensive. Some of the vets have better bedside manner than others, and one upset my wife greatly. They didn't candy coat the possible outcomes, but it made it sound like our pet was on its last legs.
