★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been coming to this place about five years now with Vivi and brought a new client in named Bagheera. The staff loved on Bagheera as he is a 9 week old kitten and gave me the best advice for making sure he didn’t have any worms. They’ve always treated both my cats respectfully and have answered many of my questions since I’m attending vet assistant schooling as well. Love this place as it is a very convenient 5 minute walk away from my place of residence.
July 12 · Grimlocks 844Been bringing my elderly cat Telly and my rescue dog Pooki for about two years and have no plans on changing their vet anytime soon. The team is super easy to contact via email for refills and the front desk staff are great at giving speedy responses and knowing their clients. I feel bad that I don’t know their names, given that they know all my pets and why I’m visiting most of the time before I even check in. June 20 · Kody HernandezI love this hospital for my senior chi, he does very well in the company of the staff and I have had no problems with his care. We have been here many times over the last few years after moving close by and they are always helpful, timely, and well priced. I appreciate the staff and the care they provide for our pets, thank you!
August 25 · Paige GrobstigI've been bringing my cats here for a few years. Some good visits some bad. I have trust in Dr. Farrington but you cant chose your veterinarian here. Soo my Chonk hasnt been feeling well this weekend so I looked thru our meds to see if I had something to help with the pain till the office opens tomorrow. Found Meloxidyl prescribed by Dr. Wildflower on 2/22/25 "for pain". In Feb my guy received .17ml of this med 7 times as prescribed.. However, on the Meloxidyl website in all caps it states multiple times this med is for dogs only and not to dispense to cats since it can lead to acute renal failure! I believe they shouldn't prescribe this dog-only medication to cats, and everyone who has been prescribed this med should be made aware they shouldn't give it to their cats!! They gave us a canine pain med for osteoarthritis, for a feline ear infection! And now I'm extra worried about my lil guy!! What if his symptoms are possibly related to this negligence? Actually we will not be going back tomorrow I have lost faith in this clinic. 💔*edited to add, my "stressed" cat was suffering from HEART FAILURE. Doc was so confident it was only stress due to the move. Do not bring your companions here unless you can request to see Dr. Farrington.
May 10 · AliciaLove the walk-in feature. Allows you to go there exactly when you & your pet are ready to be there. They were quick to see us. Originally quoted me almost 3k to do a mass removal surgery on my elderly Chihuahua. Called me back a few days later & advised me if I did the surgery in the next 3 days they could do it for 1k. I advised them that I needed to check my funds & would get back to them. Called back & set up a surgery appt for 2 days later. When I took her in they tried to say it was going to be $1800. I said no I was quoted 1k minus the $75 that I paid for them to set the appt. So they agree that $925 was the remaining balance. I leave her & then they call me & tell me that half has to be paid up front so I go back up there & give them another $425 so they can do the surgery & then when I picked her up I paid the remaining $500. Was advised to return in 14 days to have sutures removed.
