★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- After almost 7years of relying on Banfield for my pets, I continue satisfied and confident with their services. They have consistently proven to be the professional experts I can depend on. I also like how easy they make every aspect - scheduling, reminders, payment plans, drop off/pickup, etc. AND locations.locations.locations.. I was out of state recently and found several Banfield locations near me to choose from and was able to have my pet seen immediately. I encourage you to try Banfield. July 02 · Kim Hansen
- Loved the entire Banfield vet. Hospital for over a decade now. Taken my 4 huskies there. Each vet, nurse, and care knows them by name even before I reach the desk. I am still at the door and they are greeted. My huskies are always super excited to get to Banfield or the hotel. The groomers, not so much. Lol. They love being pampered and given attention. They give lots of kisses to everyone. Attention seekers all of them. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies. Forever grateful 🙏 April 24 · Madhu Gerstner
- Unfortunately my dog did not have a good experience I don’t even know where to begin. The practice manager there Shanna or Shannon was rude immediately on the phone she doesn’t even know what I have been through for 3 days and with my dog I work two jobs and she was inconsiderate from the beginning. She expected me to be calm? Claims I didn’t talk to her like a human yet she doesn’t even listen to people maybe I would’ve been calm if she showed empathy the worst experience. My dog was not only given something I didn’t authorize but I specifically said my bf was there to just pick him up and drop him off. Not authorize anything. I already went to the ER the day before because they wrapped my already stressed dog paw so tight he had his circulation cut off. $800 dollars later plus $960 for the year she can’t understand why I’m upset? Then she refuse to do anything and I paid extra for something I didn’t ask for. June 21 · starr abdelhadi
- We had our initial visit today with Dr. Clark and Maddison. They were amazing! They did a great job balancing what we needed to hear while also making sure we were comfortable. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to prioritize their dog’s health. May 22 · Spencer Taylor
- I brought my roommates cat in to have a puncture wound looked at and I received wonderful service. The gentleman working out front and the vet were great and obviously care about the animals they care for. I wish that wasu total experience there but unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. We went to a field because we are both suffering from a financial hardship and we thought this would be a low cost option. When I was paying for the appt the card machine froze and we had to go to a different machine. I decided to use a different card to pay with which went through and I left. Later that night I went to use my debit card and it didn't go through. I checked my balances and saw that both transactions had gone through so I was charged twice. As it was late I called to let them know the mistake the next morning. I called first thing the next day and the person who took the call said the person who would handle that didn't come in till 10 am and that he would give me a call. At noon when I had not heard from anyone I called and was told that they would need to email Treasury and that they would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. So I called the following morning and was told that they could see from the notes that the email had been sent and that the person who could follow up would be in at 9am. I stressed on the phone that this was urgent because that was the last of the money i had. So it is now the afternoon and I have still not heard from anyone. I understand mistakes happen but the complete. Lack of communication and no sense of urgency is deplorable. Maybe I am over reacting but I am upset. Perhaps it is because I haven't eaten because I haven't had money to get lunch as a result of being charged twice for my visit to Banfield. May 30 · Gregory Mansfield
