Jul 02, 2025 · A CSo glad I made the switch! I have been very unhappy with my prior Vet who i had a 25+ yr relationship with. It was a big decision for me. I was very pleased with Patt and have already recommended you to my friends and family. Wonderful, caring experience from everyone, start to finish. Thank you!
May 01, 2025 · Laurie KellyI won’t bring any of my animals back here. Waited months for my dog to get fixed. He was prior not socialized with any other dogs for weeks, and was perfectly fine & not sick. On the car ride there he started coughing a bit… maybe a nervous/anxiety cough? Dry throat? 20 minutes later I was told they would not operate and I needed to turn around and pick him up. The person seemed very dismissive barely offering any advice, further steps, etc. just basically said my dog was sick and kept bringing up “kennel cough.” Mind you, they had me waste my time to explain his day by day leading up to this surgery on the phone in which I told them he was around no other animals, didn’t cough and was perfectly okay up until the 5 minute ride over. And then told me to come get him, so why have me explain this stuff when you are regardless not operating on my animal? It’s been hours since getting him and he has not coughed ONCE and is perfectly fine. Was not happy with this outcome at all, and the fact that they seemed to be dismissive when I picked up, or when I said maybe he just needed water since he hadn’t had any due to sedation medication the night before and morning of… he was out of it and is used to drinking water often so I fully believe his throat was dry and all he needed was water, which he was allowed to have but nope was dismissed. I’ve gotten many tips and feedback from people who have said their dogs also started coughing the morning of surgery and theirvet gave their dogs water and took their temp and went on with the surgery. They didn’t say they took my dog’s temperature, they didn’t offer to, they didn’t offer water, it was just “no u need to pick up ur dog.” He has no runny nose, no temperature since I took it myself since getting home, and is NOT sick. My family and I will no longer be using this practice and I am extremely disappointed.
