Critter Care Veterinary Hospital in Thorndale PA Reviews
First two pics are when I took her to Critter Care and she was under there care and the last two are when I took her to Furdunkin and she got treated properly. I had taken my animals to Critter Care for years. Including my exotic pets so I almost hate to say this but it’s important when your animals are your family! Recently, I had my one year old Chihuahua get sick and I had taken her on a Tuesday. She acted lethargic and didn’t wanna walk, eat or drink. I took her to Critter care and They sent us home with a lot of antibiotics, not knowing what was wrong with her. Took her back Two days later for them to still not know what’s wrong with her and sent us home with fluids that we had to give her the next day. They had scheduled an appointment that Monday, but I couldn’t wait because she was really sick and I take my dog health very seriously.. i needed answers. I had taken my one year-old Chihuahua at Furdunkin in Lancaster and they were amazing and gave me answers in two hours!!!!!! My baby Cindy is gonna be fine and is on the right medication thanks to them. I would also like to say when I had asked Critter Care for my dogs information they didn’t want to give it to me. I had to ask several times for them to only send me the rabies but not the rest of the shots that need to be done. They told me that they were not allowed to give me MY information on my dogs health……. Would highly NOT recommend taking your dogs or other animals there.

Feb 14, 2024 · India ColeI have experienced nothing short of exceptional service from Critter Care. I have brought cats and my dogs to them, and each have received individual thorough attention for their individual needs. I don’t feel judged if my pets aren’t perfect or pressured to do extra testing or buy extra products. Both Doctors have been great for us. Staff is very compassionate and friendly. Also very easy to schedule appointments. 10 out of 10 service!
Jun 22, 2023 · Jessica PatriciaI started bringing my dogs here to see Dr.P. after hearing great reviews from multiple people. She was on the floor with my dog making him feel comfortable before doing anything to him. The appointment did not feel rushed which i really liked and appreciated. They were helpful with making appointments quickly and showed my dog a lot of love to help him not be scared of coming to the vet!
