Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
The receptionist with blonde-ish/grey hair with glasses, has an attitude and doesn’t even smile or say hello to you. Rude. Also, she asked if my dog’s nails needed to be cut, I said yes, and two-three of my dog’s nails aren’t cut… obviously we were charged. We’ve been customers for years and today I honestly wanted to scream.
Jun 03, 2025 · Bianca VisaThe staff at this location take the extra time to listen to my concerns and to love on my pets. I feel so comfortable leaving them for the day under their care!! Exton banfield has an incredible and knowledgeable team! Thank you all so much for your genuine concern and care for my babies and not focused on upselling me on products if they aren’t necessary. Best vet around!!!
Jul 21, 2023 · Rebekah SauerMy pets feel like celebrities when they come in for their appointments. We love the benefit of preventative care plans and appreciate the doctors and staff taking the time to educate us on the ever changing world of medicine for animals.
Apr 11, 2024 · Megan SmithThey have tried to murder my dog twice now at this location, but shame on me for going back after the first time. I was told they thought my dog had a lipoma and they were having difficulty getting a biopsy. I recommended taking a punch from the mass for biopsy but I was told it was a waste of my money. When she went for surgery to get the mass removed it was a sarcoma that had been entangled throughout her muscle and she was under anesthesia much longer than anticipated. As the practice reached closing time, they discharged my dog even though she had not fully recovered from anesthesia. This resulted in an overnight stay in an oxygen chamber at the emergency vet which, as you can imagine, was not cheap. I mistakingly took her back there for a comprehensive exam since I still had the plan and was told she was being given flea and tick medication. She was prescribed Simparica, and I was told she was to take one pill once a month. However, the directions on the package were written to take one pill every 24 hours. I left SEVERAL messages about this and never heard a word back. Completely unprofessional.
Feb 05, 2025 · Carly BinghamHighly recommend - my puppy, Ruby, (now almost 2) started with Banfield as we were new to the area. She has gone ever since - I chose the "Puppy" payment plan (now "Adult') - with no regrets - all routine services are covered (including her spay). The staff and veterinarians are top notch!
