15/10 starsI take my dog and cat here.My dog is reactive and they show they care and want to help us on our journey with him.Dr. Ruden really made me feel heard about my concerns about our pup, and showed she cared for our well being as well as his.
Apr 13, 2025 · Kriss “Empressfury”Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clark still gets shaky and stressed when going for check up and vaccinations. And seeing how stressed and shaky he was, the vet was kind enough to double check Clarks records and was able to get him completely updated on all his vaccinations so we didn't have to go back in two months for more. Everyone there does a great job running the place on a day to day basis. And they all really step up if your pet needs any type of emergency visit and they do their best to get you in as quickly as possible.
May 07, 2025 · Kathy ILast Saturday was my first appointment at Kingston Animal Hospital. I brought my old boy in for an exam for an update on a couple of chronic issues. The lady vet tech was very welcoming and took a sincere interest in my boy. She took a history and interacted gently with my dog which seemed to put him at ease.Dr. Rudin was also very welcoming and went above and beyond. She did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. She took the time to look up the appropriate lab profiles for his chronic conditions. She called me as promised to go over his lab results. I found her to be very kind and empathetic. The Kingston Animal Hospital was absolutely immaculate. I will be back with my young pup. Jane H.
Apr 24, 2025 · Jane HofherrWe've had some issues recently with the increase in pricing but this has nothing to do with the services. I called to discuss cost and spoke to Jess who was more then patient and understanding and took her time to be sure to review our pets history and costs for each visit. This wasn't a two minute call, she took her time to be sure I was satisfied with her comments and was more then understanding our issues with the increased costs. I just can't say enough about Jess and her compassion and assistance
Jun 25, 2025 · Valerie BoyleWe have been bringing our pets to the Kingston Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Their kind, qualified vets and techs have always provided our dogs and cats with great care and compassion. Our latest visit (an emergency with one of our shelties) was no different. I am happy to report a quick and complete recovery.
