★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Why would you not be able to see someone when they scheduled an appointment and you have an hour before you close and it's not enough time to look at my kitten? Horrible vets these days just wanted to go and lazy. Well wont come here again!! Don't recommend them! They could care less about your animal.
August 21 · Mrs.GillisJen, the Vet Tech is absolutely wonderful! She always greets our puppy by name, and is so warm and gentle with her. Jen always reviews past visits, explains what is going to be done today, and what is coming up in the future. We really appreciate Jen and are very happy with our Banfield Hospital Health Plan.
July 02 · Gary “GaryG”Kayla is the sweetest. My dogs felt the most comfortable with her than anyone else there. My dog Lily is usually very anxious and can get sassy sometimes but I was surprised she did very well with Kayla even while getting bloodwork done.
July 09 · Sarah GardnerBanfield is very friendly and accommodating with your pets, working efficiently while providing a high level of care. Their team is very knowledgeable, and their plans are cost-effective. I would definitely recommend bringing your pets here!
August 10 · Nic AustinWe took our 4-month-old puppy to Banfield for his first round of vaccines, his initial check-up, and vet visit. The vet immediately made a condescending comment about how it was very late to start vaccines, even though we had just adopted him.We only chose Banfield because we had a coupon. Instead of focusing on our puppy, the staff spent several minutes trying to sell us a monthly wellness plan. I said I wasn’t interested multiple times, and one employee became noticeably rude after I kept declining. There were also judgmental remarks about our puppy being a German Shepherd, as if we hadn’t done our research. We were already well aware of the breed’s health risks and behavior. It felt like we were being labeled as unfit owners just because he was four months old and we didn’t buy into their plan. When we asked about switching his food due to stomach issues, the vet just said she didn’t know and that it was probably best to keep him on the same one.The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and dismissive. We’ll be taking our puppy somewhere more reputable.
