★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's been 9 years since I moved north of Denver, like Greeley area, and I miss Dr. LANDIN AND ALL HER STAFF! I WAS ALWAYS CONFIDENT AND SURE SHE COULD HELP WITH MY DOGS THROUGH THE YEARS! She did!JUDY LEAL
May 24 · Judy LealThe nurse was talked about how “bad” my dog was on the phone with someone while we were in the waiting room.Every time we come they tell us to muzzle her. Then they always tell us after the fact or we over hear them talking on the phone (like I previously mentioned) to someone about how she bit someone really bad. What’s the point of the muzzle? They now her well enough to have us muzzle her yet as soon as they take her away from us the take it off?!Then today They told me to have her here by 8 o’clock. Then they made me sit in the waiting room with my dog for an hour while they escorted 4 other dogs back to get shaved and sedated. Meanwhile my dogs laying on the waiting room floor. It feels like they are trying to shame us when we bring her in and they act like they don’t want to deal with her
October 05 · Katie McColmPLEASE BEWARE of this vet and read the other reviews! We took two cats in for their yearly checkups. One needed a tooth pulled. The (younger) vet said, “well at least one cat is healthy.” (Over a tooth?!) The audacity, insensitivity, and lack of professionalism should have been a huge red flag. They called later to say they messed up the blood work and she had to be brought back in again, another red flag.We brought her in a third time for her dental and she DIED in their care. The circumstances were suspicious with “something was wrong with the breathing tube, but we fixed it,” as the explanation. I surveyed several other vets who unanimously said that if anything was off with the breathing, they immediately suspend the procedure. Further inquiry revealed that the vet was not even in the room for the procedure performed by an **UNCERTIFIED VET TECH!As our child held her cold, lifeless, beloved cat, Dr. Landin said, “I’ll EAT THE COST of the anesthesia.” In what world is this a consolation? In what world would I pay to have her kill my cat?We had an independent necropsy done at CSU, which revealed a 100% healthy animal with no underlying conditions. Their lax practices and lack of professionalism have eroded the safety of this facility. No amount of “family practice” charm can make up for the negligence found here. I wish I had read earlier reviews: the needless death of a puppy during a routine spay procedure, the shady practices of recommending dentals too frequently, the rude and unprofessional comments of the younger vet, and all the red flags we experienced. We are heartbroken over the painful and needless death of our child’s legitimate emotional support animal. I can’t stop thinking of the harassment and pain she endured before she died. She was innocent, and 4 Paws has shattered our trust.
March 28 · Scott GottwaldTHESE are the people you want taking care of your fur baby. I couldn't afford what other vets were charging for a routine procedure, so I found 4 Paws. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous, but decided to at least check them out. No, their clinic is not the most glamorous BUT I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in. All the staff are incredibly friendly and it is SO obvious that they truly care about your pet more than they do their wallets. They heard my concerns and answered all my questions. My dogs LOVED them. I even felt comfortable telling them about my anxiety surrounding the negative reviews and instead of becoming defensive, they offered to show me around the operating area. My dog is doing fantastic after the procedure, and I truly can't thank them enough.
August 21 · Emily RubashFamily owned, and very affordable veterinary care for your fur babies! The staff is knowledgeable , professional, and treated my dogs with compassion (even my difficult Min Pin ) Thank you Dr. Landin and Dr Keilwitz and 4Paws staff!
