★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing service & very knowledgeable staff. My dog and I just moved here from several states away & she immediately got sick. VERY sick. I was worried sick but the staff here were very attentive & walked me through all the possibilities of what was wrong with my fur baby. The vet tech was super sweet with my dog & the actual vet was super knowledgeable. She even sent me home with several articles to help me take care of my dog after the visit. They made this super stressful situation smooth & most importantly helped my dog get better.
August 20 · Morgan JohnsonExcellent treatment from start to finish. The new receptionist was very friendly, and the doctor who saw us today was wonderful. We don't speak much English, but she was super helpful, friendly, and very patient in translating everything for us. We 100% recommend her, her name is Katie Petrillo. She's a sweetheart. Thank you for everything.
July 28 · Flavio TavaresI have been taking my baby there since 6 weeks, she is now 4. We love them.
August 17 · Debra MartinezToday was my 3rd visit with our 13 year old shepherd. We've had hour long waits 2 of the 3 times.During the initial exam the female vet suggested an injection to help with his movement and talked on and on about holding back on exercise the first few weeks while he adjusts to not having so much pain.Second visit was second injection no problem.Today's visit was a thirty minute wait for injection but we asked to add an exam. No problem. Well not true as we waited another half and then the receptionist asked if we could reschedule or continue waiting. Scrapped vet visit and waited again to get shot. This tech informed us that is usually takes at least 3 injections to start really seeing improvement, contradicting the vet.Upon leaving I asked to waive the $35 office visit because of the waiting and the approval/then unapproval to see a vet. She explained that she couldn't do that as her boss was out and assured me I would go to collections if I didn't pay up.Typically vet staffs are ifun, friendly and helpful. This group looks and expresses themselves as if they are truly overworked and unhappy. We will relocate our old dog to the vet in evergreen where our other family dogs go. I'm really dissatisfied with the service here.
July 09 · Robin GregoryThe text and doctors here have taken great care of my senior dog Mookie for the past 10 years. Through healing scratched corneas, squeezing anal glands, treating a collapsing trachea, and his annual maintenance care, my Mookie is still a happy Chihuahua with a spring in his step. They have always treated us with kindness, concern, and respect. Their diagnosis and treatment have been spot on. I am thankful that I found them so many years ago.
