Jan 24, 2025 · Matt SolisWe have been using Colony Park for 26 years and have always been happy with their care of our pets (4 dogs and 5 cats). The vets are very thorough and knowledgeable and have wonderful rapport with our pets and family members. They were very helpful and caring when our pets were seniors and when they needed to be euthanized. All of the vet techs are knowledgeable, friendly and patient; you can tell that they really care about the animals. The front desk staff is upbeat, helpful and professional even when they have a lot going on. I highly recommend CP!
Apr 02, 2025 · Julie HardisonI first lived in Durham ~15 years ago, and chose Colony Park to care for my then kitten. About a dozen years later, I moved back to Durham with my now senior cat. I returned to Colony Park and have been delighted to find that the things that matter have not changed. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hoel; she is kind, direct, and thorough. She's always clear about my options, and I trust that she cares about my aging cat's wellness as much as I do. The front office staff is similarly familiar and thoughtful. Colony Park is a fantastic choice for your pet.
May 02, 2025 · Lauren SundbergDr. McKinney is wonderful, she has taken care of 5 of my dogs. The staff at Colony Park Animal hospital are always friendly, helpful, and approachable. Our dogs get the best care at CPAH.
Dec 31, 2024 · Evelyn KellyMy pug was seen for a nail trim and gland expression here today. I’ve been going to this vet since I moved to Durham in 2022 and have had multiple bad experiences with them. Today was my last straw when they cut my pugs nail too short and she started bleeding when we got in the car to go home. First of, they never mentioned that they cut her nail too short and she was bleeding. Then when I brought her back in, she said “oh I’m sorry I thought I put enough on there to stop the bleeding.” And with her gland expression, they didn’t bother to clean her up after. I definitely will not be coming back to this horrible place! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!!
