★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 10 STARS!! I have never had a problem with bringing my cats to the vet. Today it has crossed a line and will never go back. HUDSON VETERINARY CLINIC treated my cat as if he was a ferral animal. They refused to allow me to try and hold him down so they could inspect his ears. They immediately resorted to wanting to sedate him. He was hissing and not happy so I agreed to the sedation … however I didn’t consent to trapping him in a net to give him a shot. I called for an update and got no response. Called an hour later and they said I could pick him up instead of him spending the night. I picked him up in complete utter filth. He had ink from newspaper all over his feet, soaked and reeked in and of urine. I will NEVER GO BACK!
July 17 · Alaina MalaskiDO NOT take your beloved pets here. I was a client of this vet for many years. But after my last experience with this place. I am done with Brian and his staff. I don't know what they did to my dog. But I dropped her off for an emergency surgery (to remove a bladder stone) and got her back after 24 hours. But she was not the same dog I brought in. She first of all came back smelling horrid and soaked with urine. The blanket I brought with her also came back soaked and filthy. Ever since this surgery my dog has been TERRIFIED of any vets. And she was not like this before bringing her here. I don't know what you guys did to her. But you did something to scare the crap out of her. Did you even take care of her? Or let her just lay in her own urine for those 24 hours? And not even take her out to go potty? Seriously? Not good. Not happy at all.I should have stayed at the other vet I was at. Because when she had a surgery there and she came back clean and still the same dog. Not with you guys. I have gone back to my other vet now. And she is working with us to repair the damage you have done to my dog with her vet fear. This isn't even my only bad experience here. But I was willing to give you another shot with my current dog. But not anymore. Do better Hudson. You may be cheaper than most vets in town. But I am willing to pay more to have a good experience and not have someone terrorize my dog and treat her like garbage after surgery.
July 12 · Brittney DebeerThey were able to see us the same day I called as I was worried about a hard lump that appeared on my dogs face. They have always been very accommodating since my dog isn't very friendly with other pets. Furthermore they won't overcharge for medications like SO many other vets do. They care more about the animals receiving care than they do about the money.
July 31 · Amber MTook my boy cat to get fixed. The pricing was affordable and the staff was friendly to me, which I appreciated. But what I did NOT appreciate was the fact that he was stuffed in his travel crate(which was small due to it not being designed for him to be inside of it for extended periods of time), covered in his own urine, dehydrated, and STARVING when I picked him up 2 days later. He was utterly terrified. Will not be returning with any of my future pets, and I recommend you don't either.
July 21 · Rylee KrummGot me in the same day fora dew claw that was ingrown about 1/2 inch. Very kind and caring. Very reasonable rates. Explained care and treatment well. Very clean place and everyone was very nice. Very busy place.
