★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would like to thank Dr. Emily and staff who were working the day I brought my kitty Kiki in for urgent care. We were not previously clients of Den Herder and they treated us with so much care and kindness. I was not expecting to hear that Kiki was as sick as she was or that I would be leaving without her, forever. I truly believe the actions leading up to me calling into Den Herder was meant to happen and that we were meant to be taken care of there. Thank you all for your concern, care and kindness for my kitty. It honestly helped with the shock I was feeling. I can’t thank you enough.
June 27 · Kellie ShoemakerMy cat Salem loved Den Herder Vet Hospital! He was very scared at first but totally relaxed by the time we were finished. He has several issues going on. He is a new cat for me. But by that evening, he was already feeling so much better, just like they told me. I can't wait for his next appointment 💜
May 31 · Rhonda TovarI was so unbelievably grateful to have found this place! It was a Saturday, late morning and getting close to noon. My tiny old man (he’s 14) wasn’t acting like himself. He was clearly very uncomfortable, tense, and was vomiting, among other things. Every other vet office was either closed on Saturday, closed at 11:00, or closed at noon. I was shocked that this office was open until 4:00 pm and offered urgent care on a Saturday.I was able to take my boy in immediately where they thoroughly examined him. They were incredibly transparent about all our options, keeping me updated with costs. Staff even held my little man in their laps and gave him attention and comfort. He also got his ears cleaned out and a nail trim! They went above and beyond, and were so kind and helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is awesome!
April 08 · MSo kind during a hard time with our pup mocha, it was an unexpected tumor. I can not stress enough how kind the staff were in helping us through this time I. Saying good bye to our little girl, I will never use any other vet for my doggos.
July 16 · Ashlie SchindlerI started going here in 2020when Covid hit and I have to say this place is amazing. Dr Tom is truly amazing he stayed with us when we had to put our German shorthair down. Dr Tom was there when our female German Shepard Faye tore her ACL. He explained our options and he said they’re totally up to us With Dr.Tom not being there a lot anymore my female German Shepard sees Dr.Alicen. and she is so amazing and caring with her!!! Dr. Lori she took such excellent and such amazing care for our male cat Henry who had a broken tail and broken leg Then Dr. Emily got to meet him next and of course she did a amazing and excellent care for him too!!! Then he got to meet Dr Alicen and Dr Garrett and they gave him amazing and excellent care too and he always receives that same care when he comes in for anything!!! With Dr. Lori Dr. Garett Henry has seen them the last few times with his bowel issues and I always get follow up calls from them to see how he is doing. That makes me feel good!!! Dr Alicen was there with me and my daughters when I had to put my yorkie down. She explained what was going to happen and what was going to go in the IV. She stayed with us She gave us the time we needed . Even the nurse who first took her back to put her IV in explain what she was going to do she was very sweet and caring. Dr Sam took such excellent care of our 16 month old male German Shepherd Max he had some issues and needed to be neutered she was so amazing on how she explained everything!!! Max has also seen Dr Alicen and Dr Garrett and Dr.Emily And Max loves them all !! All of these veterinarians are one of a kind!!! The veterinarian assistance, the veterinary tech they are amazing people. They take such excellent care of my animals when they are there. All of my pets have some kind of health issue or have had one The veterinarians here are honest to you ! When I call they usually know me when I start talking about my pets. If I need to make an appointment or if have a question about one of my pets, they usually say let me see if there’s a nurse available and if there isn’t, they always write down all my information and later that day I get a phone call back . when I call it’s Sandy or Todd or Jackie or Liz sometimes it’s Jordan (or someone else and I don’t catch their name ) so they are truly amazing people!!! I highly recommend Den Herder!!! Or I should say my pets do
