Spay Neuter Network Reviews
A couple of weeks ago, I was running errands on a Saturday with a kitten my family member had recently found. Needless to say, now I had a new family member! While looking for a place to get my new fur baby, Riley, vaccinated, I came across the Spay Neuter Network at a local outdoor community fair. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative and they gave me a price list and explained that based on my ZIP code, the kitten qualified for free neutering.I applied online the same day, but did not hear anything about scheduling an appointment. I did have to make a few calls, but I was able to reach a live person this past Thursday and I was able to get a surgery appointment set up for the next week. I arrived early on the day of the appointment (which I recommend), and the check-in process was smooth despite the growing line. Staff handed out forms and promptly started bringing pets and their person inside. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure, optional services, and post-op care.I got a text in the afternoon letting me know the kitten was ready for pickup. The discharge process was just as smooth — they reviewed aftercare in detail, answered questions, and brought my kitten out promptly. It was a great experience. The Spay Neuter Network is doing important work for the community by offering affordable (and in some cases free) services to help reduce pet overpopulation. If you have a pet in need, definitely check them out. Your furry friend and the community will benefit. Riley says go to the spay neuter network. They are awesome!
Jun 19, 2025 · GiGi’s ListVery easy process! I set an appointment to get my dog neutered for 7am and arrived at 6:40am, there was a bit of a line so i suggest arriving early, but the wait wasnt bad! I came back at 3:30pm to pick up my dog and the staff went over after care and everything! Staff is nice and patient and willing to answer all questions! 🩷 Make sure you have all your paperwork filled out before you get there (it’s on the website) and if you don’t, they have clipboards and extra paperwork upon arrival. Will most likely be coming back to get my other dog neutered. Thanks and appreciation to the staff!
Apr 03, 2025 · Kiana WatsonBoth my female and male dogs were spayed and neutered at Spay & Neuter Network and were treated with the utmost care and attention. I was nervous at first but the staff were very informative and very supportive of my concerns about the surgery. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome and successful surgeries my dogs had at this clinic. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their pet fixed, to definitely get it done at San Antonio Spay and Neuter Network.
Mar 26, 2025 · Janie BocanegraI was referred and greatly assisted by Misty. I met her at my bank. I was having difficulty finding help and information on helping us with a stray we found. He was not fixed. Not chipped so we couldn't find the owners. She actually worked with getting dogs fixed and vaccinated and was even able to show me how to make my appointment. At a very low affordable price. Awesome! Bubba is now recuperating from his surgery.
Mar 11, 2025 · Ms Lou PThey are always super sweet and truly care for your pets and communicate with you. I appreciate them very much, I have taken 4 of my pets with them and all have had the best treatment and experiences, I had 1 bad outcome not because of them, but my male pitbull is a handful and they helped me with him and checked him out his hematoma and walked me through a little extra procedure, they called and texted me until he was healed and I adored that. That is why I took my other pits with them. My bully is aggressive towards other pets that do not live with her, that was a different experience and still they were able to help me and walked me through what they will do to her and she is doing good so far. Thank you a million times.
