The staff is well meaning and professional but their phone etiquette leaves something to be desired. I’ve been hung up on before. They tend to charge higher than average prices and provide inconsistent care. You can tell when your doctor doesn’t like your type of animal.I have two dogs and one of them had an emergency, they were able to squeeze me in for the appointment, but they gave an incorrect diagnosis based off a hypothesis and then never called me back to tell me the actual correct results of the x-ray. I called multiple times for updates and they kept insisting “a tech will let you know”. I never received a call back after a week of trying, had my husband call in and magically he got the results. It was pretty frustrating, especially considering how much pain my dog was/is still in. The results also gave us no information and they just offer to keep throwing pain meds at it. - Shelley Sue
