Had an appointment for 10:00 am for a simple routine check-up for our cat; she wasn't seen by the vet until 2:00 pm. They are NOT ever on schedule. They will traumatize and induce anxiety into your animal by leaving them to sit in a cage or something for several hours. Only allow drop off appointments, most likely so they can do this every time. Go to a different vet. Please. PS I love your cat. - Antonio Medina
