Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Had an appointment for 10:00 am for a simple routine check-up for our cat; she wasn't seen by the vet until 2:00 pm. They are NOT ever on schedule. They will traumatize and induce anxiety into your animal by leaving them to sit in a cage or something for several hours. Only allow drop off appointments, most likely so they can do this every time. Go to a different vet. Please. PS I love your cat.
Jul 04, 2025 · Antonio MedinaI WAS GIVEN THE WRONG MEDICATION. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN. DANGEROUS ESTABLISHMENT.I was prescribed eye drops for my dogs eye infection, I was given a topical ointment and paid the price of the drops which are far more expensive. Whoever these people were granted degrees from clearly did not attend any schooling. Basic chemistry knowledge would’ve prevented this. THANK GOD I knew it was incorrect.I got no refund, these people are stupid and useless. Please go to an actual vet, these people don’t have the proper education to test your animals. Save your time and money, I AM BEGGING YOU.
May 09, 2025 · k hewesThe Doctors at Banfield Latham NY have taken care of 4 of my creatures since 2007.One got bit by a dog so not their fault he didn't make it past 5 years old.One had an aneurysm at 9, again not their fault. One has survived Cancer and as a dog is still going strong at 13One is a 17 year old cat still a purr machine and snuggles.I owe Banfield for all their $$$ savings and dedication to my pets.Too many great Vets to name them all but even with turnover due to moving around there is little lost through the cracks. My wife is actually jealous of their care as sometimes human doctors don't have the time and Insurance Companies get in the way of proper care.
