I absolutely recommend this vet hospital to anyone who has an emergent need in the surrounding area! I had an a wonderful experience from every moment I walked in to every moment I was discharged. The waiting area overall has a beautiful and comfortable set up with water and other hot drinks like coffee or hot cocoa to have while you wait. The vet team checked in with me and my bunny a couple of times to see how she was doing as we waited to be seen. While she was being seen they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were so gentle and loving with my bunny and took great care of her. They patiently answered every little question I had no matter how big or small with a kind attitude and detailed information. The care, examinations, treatments, and medications/instructions the vet team provided were spot on and well done. My bunny had a 24 hr critical window where I had to be on high alert and thankfully the Vet staff checked in with me a few times after we were home to see how my bunny was doing and gave me guided advice on what my next steps should be. So overall the vet team from clerical staff to clinical staff was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better team! You won’t regret choosing this hospital for your beloved pets!
