★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been bringing my cats and dogs here for over 30 years as have all my friends and neighbors. They are competent and capable of handling any emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and Dr.Boggs and I am recently getting to know Dr. Baker. I’ve only been to her twice, but she seems to know her stuff as well. This practice is very popular but Celia tries to get us in as soon as best she can. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, in fact they’ve become so popular, I hesitated to recommend them in fear they may get too busy. But, based on my experiences I would give them ten stars plus!
July 26 · darlene boyeeWe have been coming here for over 30 years or close to it. The vets are great but the cost has recently seemed to go threw the roof. Even after moving we still traveled to keep the same Drs. Unfortunatly we have to find a new vet that is closer to us and more affordable.
August 29 · Patti FarrisDear Dr. Baker, I read your response on Google reviews and I'm quite shocked at your response. For the record, I DID go see another cardiologist. I saw Dr. Danielle Laughlin at Blue Pearl on March 27. It's a good thing I did NOT wait to see another cardiologist or wait to see Dr. Pogue who wouldn't take the time to see me, but just saw Peter and had you call me with his echo results. She said Peter had severe HCM and heart failure, which is not what Dr. Pogue said. She found fluid around his heart and Dr. Pogue did not see that. It's a darn good thing I got another cardiologist to look at Peter who btw is 19! You said you took 1 hr to speak w/ me at our appt. on 2/14. Vets are supposed to take time w/ the pet's parents. Also, I was not attacking or accusing anyone. I simply stated I was told 1 thing on the phone and yet y'all did another. I sent emails wanting copies of Peter's exams, etc which is what I paid for. I found another vet locally at AHTL and Dr. Julie McBride is just wonderful. I just wanted you to know that it's a good thing I saw another cardiologist after Dr. Pogue saw Peter b/c Dr. Laughlin found more things on her echo that Dr. Pogue did. Also, having another echo (not ultrasound as you called it), did alter his treatment and prognosis. Since Dr. Danielle Laughlin at Blue Pearl saw fluid in his heart and lungs, she started Peter on 2 heart medications. If I'd waited 9 months for Dr. Pogue to see Peter, Peter might not be alive.I'm sorry if you think I was attacking you. I was not. I just pointed out again, I was told 1 thing and you all did another and no I didn't trust Dr. Pogue...Look at what's going on now. Peter's prognosis has worsened, however he is being taken care of.
April 08 · Candace Lovelace MollyhornGoogle Review for Animal Hospital of West Woodstock⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We recently took our feisty feline, Enzo, to the Animal Hospital of West Woodstock for a wellness check and vaccination update, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! Dr. Boggs and the entire staff treated Enzo with such kindness and patience, which meant the world to us.As new patients, we were initially worried about how Enzo would react since he isn't a fan of vet visits. However, the wonderful team made the process as smooth as possible, putting both us and Enzo at ease. It's so reassuring to find a compassionate and professional veterinary team close to home.We are grateful for the excellent care Enzo received and look forward to returning for his future visits. Highly recommend!
April 22 · Larry LodisioDr. Baker and her staff have been nothing but exceptional since I have found their clinic. Initially I found their clinic because one of my dogs needed a second TPLO surgery and the original clinic we used was no longer operational. After looking at options and pricing I decided to trust Dr. Baker and her staff to provide the surgery for my dog. Dr. Lockwood came to their clinic and did the surgery. This surgery was much easier on my dog and the overall process was much better for my dog. After this I decided to bring my other dog to the clinic to see if Dr. Baker and staff could provide a better service for my pet. My second dog has issues with fear and trauma from a previous vet and has always needed to be sedated during routine checkups and shots. Dr. Baker was calm and understanding and provided us with a routine to follow before our vet visits. We followed the routine she gave us and we were able to do a routine checkup and give my dog all her shots without needing to put her under anesthesia to do this. Dr. Baker and her staff are the first clinic to be able to do this while my dog was awake. She is understanding, calm, and exceptionally talented at providing care for my pets. Extremely grateful I’ve found her and her staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Their service and friendliness set the bar extremely high.
