just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the staff at this facility! I’m a new dog mom to a 10 week old puppy- I attempted to cut her nails and ended up cutting one way too short and it ended up bleeding. I was freaking out and had so much anxiety- the girls that work in the front desk were so amazing at informing and calming me down. they went above and beyond to help me 💗 would definitely recommend this place!!!
Jun 26, 2025 · Heaven MercadoJust brought my older dog in at 4 am after he had a seizure. The receptionist/nurse was so informative and helpful. Did not see the vet as it was not needed at the moment but she definitely made us feel good about this place. Our destination for emergency times, thank you
Mar 31, 2025 · OrangisticsThis place is amazing everyone is so compassionate and really care for their patients! My dog Berlin had gotten into the garbage and had ingested foreign material. Immediately when I brought in my dog she was brought to the back and evaluated. I had no wait time. Berlin was admitted to the hospital Sunday night and stayed until Tuesday morning. During that time frame the entire works was done on Berlin. I really liked how they covered everything to make sure nothing could have been missed. By Tuesday morning I got a call that unfortunately the material in Berlins stomach was not leaving her stomach and everything was still kind of at a stand still. I was recommended to transfer Berlin to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital so if anything had changed with Berlin during late hours of the night a surgeon/specialist could see her immediately since they always have one on staff.I really appreciated the recommendation of them telling me to transfer my dog, even this meaning they wouldn’t be getting to see her case to the end and benefit from the price of whatever procedure my dog needed. This shows how all staff at animerge will do anything it takes to keep your pet safe. Thank you to everyone at animerge for working with Berlin, making her transfer extremely smooth by informing Red bank with everything they needed to know. Thank you for all your patience with my extremely anxious dog. Thanks to all of you Berlin was taken to surgery Tuesday afternoon and now is recovering waiting to come home. You all have helped save my best friend and I will forever be grateful.
Jul 24, 2024 · Adrionna CarlsonWe recently had to say goodbye to our sweet Bella, and while it was one of the hardest moments of our lives, the team at Animerge made the experience a little easier with their kindness and compassion. Dr. Lee was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything, ensuring we understood the process. The staff gave us all the time we needed to be with Bella—there was no rush, just patience and understanding. They even provided us with her paw prints as a keepsake, which meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the care and empathy shown to both Bella and our family during this difficult time. Thank you for treating her with such love and dignity.
