★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called them to set up an appointment to get a second opinion on my cat diagnosis. They asked me to call my vet to have my records sent over to them. So I did that. But then they said that the vet needed to call them to request the records. So I called Aspen Park Vet and they said that they would call them to get them.A week later, I made it to the appointment on time. They asked me to wait in the car because they had a lot of emergencies coming in. Which is fine I understand emergencies happen. But i had to wait two hours to get in! They should’ve rescheduled me. It wasn’t easy to stay in the car with a cat for so long. They got me in. They said they still didn’t have my cats records so they had me continue waiting in the exam room while they called my vet. When the doctor came to talk to me, she asked me all these questions that I already answered in the paperwork that they had me fill out when I was waiting in the car.I think they agreed with the same diagnosis. And they just said to play with my cat more and make sure he gets more food. To also keep him on the prescription food. But I came in for a holistic approach and wanting another option instead of prescription food for life. And for that exam they charged me $360! I knew it was going to be more expensive having them be a holistic vet, but I didn’t think it would be 7 times as expensive as other vet exams!I do see another review from someone saying the large charge is for a second opinion. I was not told that when setting up the appointment or when being charged. Only that I could get care credit to get it cheaper.Felt like a waste of my time and money
August 16 · Cami VDr. Q is the best vet I’ve ever had, hands down! I brought my young dog, Butters, in for vaccines and found out that Dr. Q is also an experienced animal behaviorist, so I inquired about what to do for some concerning behaviors (leash pulling and resource guarding). The advice she gave worked instantly!! Not only has he stopped the leash pulling, but he also stopped the resource guarding in public places, like the dog park where I was extremely fearful of him becoming aggressive with other dogs. Dr. Q is a wealth of information and so, so friendly that I always feel welcomed to ask any questions or concerns that I might have. She is a rare gift, and I highly recommend her!
March 19 · Tara Grainger⭐☆☆☆☆ – Unprofessional and DisorganizedI’ve serviced Aspen Veterinary Clinic’s furnace twice — once in 2024 and again in 2025 — and both times ended with the same problem: unprofessional communication and a complete lack of accountability. When I went into the office in person, the staff gave me multiple different email addresses for a person named “Corey,” who they claim handles accounts receivable/payable. I’ve never met Corey, never spoken to him, and every email I was given turned out to be wrong. It feels like chasing a ghost just to get paid for legitimate work.If you value professionalism, timely payment, and straightforward communication, avoid doing business with this clinic.Update in response to business reply:Our records show that the service in question was performed at your location at the request of the building’s authorized contact. Regardless of whether your clinic directly contracts for maintenance, the work was completed on-site for your benefit, and payment remains outstanding. How dare you to try to avoid responsibility. If you believe another party is responsible for payment, we encourage you to coordinate with them directly to resolve the balance. We have made multiple attempts to address this matter privately and will continue to pursue resolution through the appropriate channels if necessary.
August 15 · Gabriel TrescoGreat staff that treats us like family every time we visit. DrQ's holistic approach is so much more effective than the traditional 'medication-first' approach. It helped our Clover get back on her feet after over a month of paralysis. Thank you Aspen Park Vet Hospital!
April 08 · Corey McCoolDr. Q and her amazing staff got my dog Kozmo in with no notice when we were returning from a camping trip where he tore a deep gash in is right leg. The courtesy to work him in late in the afternoon, provide such amazing care, clean him up and staple the wound got us all home safe and sound! Dr Q. also set us up with a cone-of-shame, antibiotics, probiotics, and pain relievers. Kozmo is doing GREAT, he's getting used to the cone and the wound is healing BEAUTIFULLY. Thank you Aspen Park Vet Hospital for caring for animals and people so well. We are grateful we found you!
