May 17, 2025 · Melody BroughtonWe have used this practice for 14 years! The care for our dogs has been phenomenal! They have a strong focus on preventative care, to ensure the best life for our dogs. They are top notch in their service, from the administrative staff, to the vet techs through to the Doctors. While our dogs have a primary Veterinarian that they see for their well visits, our experience with different Doctors in the practice for sick visits has been equally as caring and thorough. Highly recommend!
Apr 04, 2025 · Lisa McGeehanI took my 8 year old cat for the first time to KOP Vet Hosp. this past week to check a concern I had about her eye changing color over time. Our cats have extreme anxiety with cars and vets so once we moved to KOP, we hadn't tried to find a new vet since they stay indoors and have been healthy (until this eye concern). I'm glad we were able to get an appointment so quickly (though I have flexibility during the day so that helps) and even though you can schedule online, I chose to call.I also really liked that we waited in the car until they were ready for us because my cat is terrified of traveling and vet visits and this ensured she wouldn't be further scared by other animals that may also be visiting. I think we waited maybe 5 minutes past our appointment time to be called in. Everyone was friendly and kind to my cat. They took their time to exam her and get feedback on the situation from colleagues. Dr. Clarke was the one who examined her and she was very helpful in explaining the situation to me and my options with her honest opinion. They were able to refer me to an opthalmologist for further evaluation as well. That opthalmologist ultimately agreed with their findings (though had more tools to verify).I also appreciated that even though they suggested I get my cat vaccinated (as she was out of date) she said it can wait since we had other pressing issues. I would definitely recommend them and feel very comfortable with taking my other two cats now for wellness checks. Grateful we have such a great Vet so close to us.
Feb 23, 2025 · Tiff MarraffaThis place is fantastic. It's getting more difficult to find vets that are run like a medical facility and less like a business, but thankfully, Dr. Clarke and her team put animals (and families) before profit. We have vets closer to where we live now, but we still make the trip to KOP if our dog ever needs help. We know we can trust everyone here.
