Exotic and Small Animal Hospital of Pennsylvania Reviews
There are not enough words and there is not enough space in this text box to properly say how much we love and appreciate Dr. Rassin and everyone who works at EAH. They take care of your pets like they are their own. Dr. Rassin is so incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us better understand our bunnies and their needs which has lead to us taking much better care of them. We just lost our sweet girl and Dr. Rassin made herself available to us on a Sunday. Our family can never thank her enough for all she has done for our Cherry as well as our other two bunny girls. If you own an exotic animal and you are looking for a reputable doctor who will go out of her way to make you and your animal feel at ease, stop looking. You’ve found her. Dr. Rassin and her amazing staff are the best there is.
May 18, 2025 · Layne DeemerDr. Rassin saw my rabbit, Cannoli, for the first time today and we had a great experience! The technician (I believe it was Jackson who helped us, apologies if I’m wrong with that!) was very knowledgeable about both husbandry and veterinary medical care of rabbits. The exam was thorough and made to be as low stress as possible for my rabbit. The staff talked me through every step and readily answered any questions. It’s hard to find a rabbit-savvy vet, and I’m so thankful that Dr. Rassin has such a beautiful practice for me to take Cannoli to!
Jun 03, 2025 · Carolyn SmithDr. Rassin and her colleagues have taken incredible care of my house rabbits for the last year. Both buns are headed toward their ninth birthday and Dr. Rassin has been a great support in navigating their changing bodies as they age. And, finally, they received their RHDV vaccinations! Dr. Rassin and her incredible staff held my baby so calmly while navigating an infection in my female rabbit's genitalia (which is now under control, with the support of weekly baths and regular "brazillians" [so-to-speak]). What's more, I learned how to support my pups on my own! This is more than a vet, it's practically a school for parents! See Little Lottie and Archimedes so happy to be well cared for and vaccinated! OH! And the move to KOP is an easy drive from CC with ample parking. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, non-judgmental, and fairly priced. 10/10.
Feb 12, 2025 · Sarah CrakeI’ve been bringing my group of ferrets to Dr. Rassin for a couple of years, and I can honestly say I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care they’ve received. From treating adrenal disease to now managing insulinoma, Dr. Rassin has consistently provided quick, clear answers and effective treatment options, which has given me so much peace of mind. The new location in King of Prussia is not only beautifully designed but also staffed with a compassionate, knowledgeable team as well. Every visit reassures me that my ferrets are in the best hands. After trying several other exotic vets, I can confidently say I’ve finally found one who truly listens and understands the needs of my babies. If you’re looking for an exceptional vet, especially for ferrets, I can’t recommend Dr. Rassin enough.
Mar 09, 2025 · ava rossI would recommend this vet 100%. They took my bunny in right away because he wasn’t feeling well. The vet tech and vet took care of my pet like he was their own and educated me on things I could be doing better. The prices here are so reasonable. I would definitely be coming back here again for urgent medical care if needed.
