Easy to get an appointment which made me feel a little relief that my pet would be seen quickly. Staff was thorough in asking questions to determine where to begin in their evaluation. Everyone I dealt with that day was fantastic. :) Taking the time to evaluate my pet and speak to me about what was found that didn't feel rushed or dismissive.
Jul 02, 2025 · LaurieFrom the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and that our pets needs we're important to them as much as to us. The young man at the front desk on Sunday June 8 was so pleasant and he was the person I spoke to on the phone before coming. He has such a calming smile and he made me feel like he cared for my dog as much as I did. Thank you! I was treated like family even though it was my first time coming. Everyone was so caring and informative
Jun 11, 2025 · Nicole SmithI 1000% would return to this office and recommend to others. Every interaction we had during our visit was above expectations, the staff is kind and professional and we were seen quickly. As a first time dog parent in an emergency situation I really appreciated the empathetic response from the staff, I feel as though all of my questions were answered and my anxiety calmed. When it came time to pay I was anticipating 3x what we were charged, I think the value for the care we received after hours at an urgent care office was incredible.
Jun 07, 2025 · Alexis AumanExcellent. The staff was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, caring, treated us with empathy and respect. The attention and care my dog was given all during his overnight stay was first class. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan.
Jun 07, 2025 · Shelly McclellanBrought my 13 week old puppy in for a suspected UTI. Front desk lady was so nice trying to balance a few tough cases. Multiple people told it would be hours. I asked to be seen as soon as possible since she is so young. 2 hours later, Vet came in and told me they couldn’t test for the UTI unless they sent out a sample and in her words “ridiculous” how that is the case. Left without an itemized bill and antibiotics and no clear diagnosis. Had to have my vet call and get the report from the vet and email them to get a bill. $158 - which $125 of that for an “exam”. This place needs to work out some of their timing with incoming patients and communication. Metropolitan in east norriton is better and faster.
