Girard Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Girard Vet is the best!! I have a temperamental, anxious, aggressive-when-provoked dog. They always handle her with the utmost concern and care. They even found meds for her that don't bankrupt me. My dog loves her best friends at the front desk. The front staff is just as kind and caring as the techs and vets! They always let my dog hide with them and give her treats. I also enjoy talking with them as they're friendly and calm me down when I stress about my dog
Apr 18, 2025 · Marlayne BondarchukWe feel so lucky to have Dr Wilkerson and Albert looking after our dog Frankie. The love and care they’ve shown him has added so much to his (and our) lives. Despite needing six surgeries for cancer Frankie is living brilliantly thanks to these guys. They also make it as affordable as possible for us and save us money wherever they can. Your pet couldn’t be in better hands.
Jun 27, 2024 · John Byrne (John Byrne Band)Good vet but horrible customer service. All I need them to do is click a button to get my pets prescription filled and they won’t do it. I called in 3 days this week to ask them to do it each time they said “no problem, we’ll take care of it” and the pharmacy is still waiting for them to approve the medication. It’s been over a week now since we asked them to fill it. Again I wouldn’t give a 1 star review for other services but this should be the easiest thing and every time we need meds it’s like pulling teeth to get them filled.
Mar 01, 2025 · Travis GerhardtTried to convince me to euthanize my cat when I mentioned surgery being out of my budget. I was told home care wouldn’t help with his liver failure and my only options were surgery or euthanizing him. It’s been a bit over a week of otc medicine, bottle watering, and syringe feedings & he’s improved so much. He has much more energy, he’s eating and drinking on his own, and he seems happier overallHe’s still recovering but he’s going uphill in his healing journeySo glad I didn’t give up on my best friendI hope no one else lets them convince you to give up either
Jan 19, 2025 · Vanessa B.I rescue cats in my neighborhood a lot and the weird stuff we come in with is…a lot. This vet practice has helped me save costs, problem solve trouble situations and stayed with me through a lot of ending life situations that were sad but unavoidable. They’ve also helped me rehome almost a dozen fuzzies since I’ve been their customer. No issues with service on my end (please don’t expect to get in immediately anywhere with a heart, that goes the extra mile, because your time is not more valuable than a life) and I choose every time to go back.
