May 25, 2025 · Frederick StanleyVery disappointed. We’ve gone here for years for both of our dogs. Even followed the vet to another location to be true to him when he left for a short time. Our eldest dog was literally passing away unexpectedly in our backyard 40 minutes before close (we’re 20 minutes away) I called there sobbing asking for the Dr and to bring him in. I was put on hold for only about a minute and then told to ‘call an emergency vet’. My family was so devastated. We will never be returning there with our other current dog or any future pets. Big thumbs down from us and our poor Henry who’s crossed the rainbow bridge.
May 10, 2025 · Ashley RoskyThey DON'T listen! I told them since the day I brought my dog in - he's sensitive to medication - he's a Great Pyrenees. The prescribed him 100mg of Trazadone and 600 mg of Gabapentin. 2 to 3 tablets of Trazadone to be taken the night before along with 2 Gabapentin and then repeat the next day 2 to 3 hours before a visit. That is WAY TOO MUCH for his breed. If I would have followed his instructions before I took him to the emergency vet who sedated him - he would have died. The emergency vet and the primary are both at fault. The emergency vet didn't listen and overdosed him with a sedative and the primary is at fault for over prescribing the meds.
May 25, 2025 · Katie BrownOur puppy Gus was really sick. We got an appt. within days and after staying open after hours to do testing on our little guy, we left feeling very reassured with medicine and food to help Gus get back on track. Not only is the staff warm and caring, Dr. Sood called us with lab results in the afternoon, giving us good news that everything was going to be ok! Gus is already getting back to his normal puppy self one day later Can't wait to get our other dogs in. Ty Countryside!!
