I just want to start by saying the front staff here is super nice but I am disappointed with our entire visit from start to finish today. Made an appointment for 1pm and was seated in the room with my dog around 12:55pm. At 1:50pm, I am still waiting in the room and had to check and see what is going on. Staff admitted they went to lunch and forgot I was in there. They end up having to keep my dog for testing which is fine, but why have me wait when I could have just done a drop off to begin with.I leave and get a call an hour later from Dr. Atwood with a treatment plan of unnecessary things totaling over $500. I have a monthly membership here which clearly covers nothing. I’ve been coming here for a while but always have wild treatment plans with huge amounts that make literally no sense. Will be our last visit here and cancelling my membership. - Mike Hasenauer
