Mar 07, 2025 · angela allenEverything about this place is truly amazing. We had to bring in our two kittens after they got into some lilies, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. They walked us through everything and made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. One of our boys had to stay for three nights, and the team made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We can’t say enough good things about the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Thanks to them, both of our boys are back home happy and most importantly healthy. You guys rock.
Apr 22, 2025 · Joshua DreerI can’t say enough about VEG and their staff. I brought my girl in when she was acting a bit off, the staff took me seriously and explained the game plan to figure out what was wrong. It ended up being a bowel obstruction that required surgery. Maia didn’t make anything easy on the vets with the way she responded to anesthesia or the drugs to sedate her. The staff made the best decisions for her safety and maximizing the chance for a good outcome every step of the way. They also took the time to keep me informed and let me watch the surgery. She’s home and slowly recovering and I can’t thank Dr. Betancourt, Dr. Blohm, Dr. Hoffman and Ali, Loren, China, Bex and CEC Kierah enough. Her care team spanned several shifts, so if I’ve missed anyone, I appreciate everything that you did, and I was too stressed to remember to get your name, and for that, I apologize!Looking forward to having my running partner back up and at it.
Feb 23, 2025 · Gabrielle DeNofrioUnfortunately my 6.5 month old puppy got ahold of my TV remote and chewed and punctured a battery. I was in a complete panic as this is an extreme emergency. I called ahead of time and filled out a pre-triage form and was seen immediately. Everyone from the security guard, receptionist, nurses, doctors, techs, etc. were all amazing and so kind to me and my puppy. The atmosphere was calming, the space was clean, and most importantly I felt like everyone cared. The whole process was extremely efficient, professional, and fast. I didn’t even have to sit down for a second to wait. They had my puppy seen IMMEDIATELY. I will 100% be going here if there is ever an emergency again.
