The Cat Doctor of Nashua Reviews
Loved bringing my cats here and unfortunately I moved away, so had to have their records transferred. It was very disorienting to have a vet I truly loved going to be in such a hurry to get me off the phone that I had no idea if they were sending the records for my second cat and had to call back - I hope they don't treat all callers this way. The first person I spoke with literally hung up on me. Otherwise they were great with my cats and I'd recommend them.
Dec 30, 2024 · Syd GI adore this place. We adopted or first companions this past year as a married couple. We’re not having (human) children so we are/have the ability to treat our fur babies with the best money has to offer. Yes, they are pricey, but you are getting what you pay for here. No crowded waiting rooms, fast appointments and everyone from reception to the vets are so kind and caring. We adopted our first, one year ago, and our second 6 months ago, and through check ups, vaccinations, a hurt and swollen paw, and neutering this staff has been amazing. They really care for the cats, and treat them like their own. My most recent visit was for the youngests spaying. I work nights and drop off for surgery days is 8am, so In my fog of only 2 hours sleep I misunderstood that I was to call them between 12-2 for pick up instructions. I thought they were calling me. I called at 2:30 when I woke up and they kinda giggled when I told them my mistake. I went and got my little one at 3 and when I arrived she had been out of surgery and awake for several hours. They had no problem keeping her and when I arrived they even had her out in the reception area giving her treats and snuggling/comforting her. It was very sweet. She was a big hit with the staff. I will pay every (slightly) over the top penny to have my best friends cared for here. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Loki and Sylvie love you guys!

Nov 30, 2024 · Bill BrooksJust brought my cat here for the first time for a checkup and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My cat is super scared of everything and they went out of their way to be gentle with her and go nice and slow. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable with everything they did. Prices are very fair as well. All in all great experience and I will be bringing my cats here from now on.
Sep 18, 2024 · JoeI was at the Nashua location today (10/4/23) for my cat's annual wellness visit. I would give a 5 star rating for the doctor who examined my cat. She seemed very experienced and knowledgable on cats. I would however give zero stars if I could to the office admin navigating the front desk. She was extremely rude and behaved like she could not wait to get me out of there. I have been here multiple times and this has never happened before. I am now seriously contemplating moving to another friendlier vet practice. Thank you.
