Mercy Animal Hospital: Kaas Richard E DVM Reviews
We have two dogs, an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepherd Husky mix, needless to say, they're fairly temperamental. The entire staff at Mercy is amazing with them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to answer all of my questions. They're the best.
Aug 05, 2023 · Sin ProphetWe've been going to Mercy/Banfield for maybe a year now (moved to the area and needed a new vet, and were lucky enough to find them!) We have *never* had a negative experience or interaction, and we have 3 dogs that have visited pretty regularly. Everyone has always been so friendly, attentive, and fun to talk with. I've been so happy with the care we've received. And to top it off, they came through for us in a really difficult, stressful situation where my dog's health was in jeopardy and the specialist we usually see wasn't in the office, and his staff was absolutely no help. They were under no obligation to help us in this situation, but went out of their way to help, and we couldn't be more appreciative.
Apr 08, 2024 · Sarah RichardsVery positive experience at Mercy / Banfield. I called this morning & they were able to get our dog in quickly to check on an ear infection. She was showered with affection from all of the staff. We've been with them for 2 years now, and have had no issues. I know the transition from Mercy has been bumpy for some, but we've been very pleased.
Nov 21, 2022 · Shannon HerrmannI find them to be very unprofessional The receptionist are very nice but the doctors are very unsympathetic when it comes to getting your information on your dogs. I wasn't expecting to hear what I heard and I was in tears and she was very unemotional she just kept talking and talking about different type of things of nutrition she did explain the basics but she was in a hurry and she did not let me get to answer her questions that I had and they push all veterinarian diets by rural canin and Hill science diet which to me is toxic to my puppies. I don't recommend them at all they are corporate through Banfield hospital and they are very hard to work with if you're not interested
Jul 21, 2023 · Lynn PageThis place has turned into an absolute clown show after they got bought by banfield. My dog has a prescription Food due to allergies. I have it on auto ship and after I didn’t get it I reached out to chewy who said they have tried to contact banfield multiple times to update the prescription but they can’t get a hold of anyone. I called banfield and asked what was going on. I was then told that they have the request from chewy but haven’t sent it back yet. Why they think it’s ok to just sit on that request is wild to me.While they picked up first time I called this time, it is usually an absolute nightmare to call in.Another time I sat in the lobby waiting for my dog. The front desk said he will be right out. Ten minutes went by and the front desk went back to look for him and then came out and said he will be right out. Another 15 minutes went by and she went back again and then my dog came out. When the girl came out with my dog she said sorry I didn’t know you were here to pick him up for some reason nobody decided to tell me. So I don’t know what the front desk lady did but her messsage of im here somehow never got to the person responsible for bringing my dog out. While that’s not a big deal on its own and I can wait 20 minutes. It is indicative of the larger issue. Their communication is trash. Place is a dumpster fire. Stay away.
