Was told to drop off my cat between 7am-730 but no one was there. Me and 2 other people along with a Duncan donuts door dash order was waiting there till 715when the front office girl finally showed up and grabbed her DoorDash and then ran inside. Was give paperwork to sign with an est that was never given for $415-$662!!!!! I have been going there for yrs with my other cat and 4 dogs, dogs all weighted 100lb or more and it NEVER costed me more than $250. Guess the new owners plan is to up prices and run off all the old clients. I took my cat and left, will take my business elsewhere. - Becky McKinney
