Valley Equine Associates PLLC Reviews
Valley Equine has terrible billing practices. In 2015, Dr. Berkeley went before the Stewarts, at Charles Town Races, and lied on me, and I had to pay Valley Equine, more than what I owed them, in order to keep the Stewarts from Suspending my Trainers License. (Whenever I go before the Stewarts about someone on the Track owing me money, the Stewarts tell me, "We are not a Collection Agency!")Now if I have a horse get hurt, and I can't find any other Veterinarians, and I have to call Valley Equine, and one of their Vet.'s has Compassion for my horse, and treats my horse. When they go back to Valley Equine (the Office), Dr. Berkeley gives them Hell for Treating my horse.Dr. Berkeley's personal vendetta against me, Definitely isn't very ethical.
Oct 19, 2024 · Harry DodsonI took my 3.5 year old colt to be gelded. Dr. Dubois was wonderful. He explained our options, handled my colt off the trailer (I had just had my appendix out) and did a fabulious job on a closed procedure. My colt had a great experience, and I will be back for veterinary needs in the future!
Apr 25, 2023 · Callie FulmerDr Berkley and staff have been absolutely fabulous to deal with. I can't say enough good things about the people at Valley. I have had several issues that they have helped me through with my horses over the past 6 years. Each time when I really needed them they came through before any of the other vets in the area could even get to me. Thanks Doc. Keep that great team going!
Apr 02, 2014 · Matt MurphyMost of the time they are responsive. I've had them out for wellness and emergencies, I've never had a problem with the medicine or something they did. I usually saw Dr.Carter, but I've seen a couple others as well. They worked with me when I had to last-minute ship my horses down to NC (I moved to NC last-minute). They were very understanding and worked hard to get me setup so the hauler could take them on the road. I'll miss their customer service and hope to find something like it down here.
Aug 15, 2019 · Stephanie ChapmanI cannot say enough about these wonderful people. I moved here 2 years ago and was very concerned about finding the right vet to take care of my boys. They understand horses. They listened to my concerns and helped me find a solution for pain in my senior appendix quarter horse; weight issues with my paint and came quickly when my OTTB colicked. They do my wellness exams, vaccinations and dentals; as well as anything else I may need for my boys. I highly recommend them.
