Valley Equine has terrible billing practices. In 2015, Dr. Berkeley went before the Stewarts, at Charles Town Races, and lied on me, and I had to pay Valley Equine, more than what I owed them, in order to keep the Stewarts from Suspending my Trainers License. (Whenever I go before the Stewarts about someone on the Track owing me money, the Stewarts tell me, "We are not a Collection Agency!")Now if I have a horse get hurt, and I can't find any other Veterinarians, and I have to call Valley Equine, and one of their Vet.'s has Compassion for my horse, and treats my horse. When they go back to Valley Equine (the Office), Dr. Berkeley gives them Hell for Treating my horse.Dr. Berkeley's personal vendetta against me, Definitely isn't very ethical. - Harry Dodson
