However, it is crucial to acknowledge customer feedback that raises serious concerns. One review describes a dog suffering a wound, dirty and bleeding ears, and showing signs of distress (shaking, scared, depressed) after a stay, with staff allegedly being irresponsible and unprofessional in their response. Another review details an issue with dog behavior management in daycare, leading to aggression towards men and the eventual expulsion of the dog, with the owner feeling the situation was handled improperly.

Neponset Pet Center & Animal Hospital Reviews
My Char-Lee loves this daycare. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can clearly tell they love animals. I want to say everything I said above is correct. However they need to teach staff and owners about dog behavior. Char-Lee was an adopted dog I say they are not cheap but they're not very expensive either. Anyway when Char-Lee started attending this doggy daycare he was about 4 months old, he was a shy dog. About a year after Char-Lee started going to this daycare he became very aggressive towards men at that time the staff was predominantly females. Later they hired some male attendants and there was an issue. They told me that Char-Lee didn't like men it was a on going joke if a robbery happens they going to get Char-Lee because they know he would protect them. These new male attendants weren't introduced to Char-Lee I don't even think he knew about him. Any how I still say they are a good place. They expelled Char-Lee the owner called him sick which he wasn't. It's been a year and I have introduced him to other men at the dog park, and while there met a dog walker who has had no problems with Char-Lee. From a professional when gave them all the facts they said the daycare handled the situation improperly.
Apr 03, 2025 · Vanessa TatePLEASE READ AND LOOK CAREFULLY BEFORE BRING YOUR PET HEREI took him to this place a few days ago and I was shocked when I picked him up. My pup was shaking, scared and depressed. He had a wound on his balls which I did not noticed until I got home. Both of his ears were so dirty and one of them was bleeding. I gave them a call to ask about the problem and they said it was normal. The way they did and answered my phone was really irresponsible and careless. They totally did not care what happened to my pup. The groomer was unprofessional as well. She knew it but she hides it from us and pretend like nothing happened. I feel so guilty for leaving my pup here. If you love your pet and want them to be safe just stay away from this place. This place is so awful!
Sep 10, 2022 · KIMMIE LUUWe started going to Neponset upon recommendation from someone at It's A Pet's World in Weymouth. The location is perfect for us, and everyone who works there is so kind and helpful and patient. We've gone a couple times for our cats, but most recently we've been taking our cat Rudy in for a corneal ulcer. We had to go in every week for about a month to track his progress, and he saw 4 of the vets that work there, and each one was very nice and helpful and great with him. Special shout out to the vet tech Olivia, who saw him a couple of times. She was so gentle with him and helped us keep him calm during the exams.
Dec 17, 2024 · Jace WilliamsThis is my first time using the Pet center and I am extremely pleased with my visit today. I recently rescued two kittens and needed a check up for both, a few vaccines and had just general questions. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the actual Veterinarian himself was amazing. Our vet tech was great and was super helpful and knowledgeable. We have had our kittens for 2 weeks and they handle the cats with care and we’re very gentle. I’m very thankful for this choice!
Jan 22, 2023 · R VMaybe some of you have had a better grooming experience but this isn’t the place to take your pup that is a doodle mix. I took my pup here based on a friends recommendation for a dog they had years ago. I guess times have changed. The first time the groomer shaved one of his legs and the rest of his coat was uneven. They gave us a complementary groom for the mistake. Now I am thinking I shouldn’t have taken him there. This experience was worst. Shaved under one of his arms and his face is completely different. The groomer specifically told me she has experience with his breed. She wasn’t there when I dropped him off so she didn’t not see the pictures I had. But she gave me her word that she knew what she was doing. I have to look at my dog like this till his hair grows back. Here are some before and after pictures.
