Neponset Avenue is a well-known street, making the clinic fairly easy to locate whether traveling by car or utilizing local public transportation. Its placement within a local neighborhood aims to provide a convenient solution for routine and urgent pet care needs for Massachusetts families.
Based on the typical services offered by general veterinary practitioners, Come Together Animal Clinic likely provides a range of essential healthcare services for small animals, primarily dogs and cats. While specific details on their full list of services are not publicly detailed, common offerings at such clinics generally include:

It is important for prospective clients to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their full scope of services, particularly for more specialized needs like advanced surgery, extensive dental procedures, or emergency critical care, as these services often vary greatly between general practices.
While specific 'features' or 'highlights' like state-of-the-art facilities or unique programs are not prominently detailed in the provided information, customer reviews do offer some insight into the client experience at Come Together Animal Clinic. It is important to note that the provided reviews for this clinic present significant concerns, which shape the perceived features and highlights:
- Perceived Affordability (Initial Impression): One reviewer mentioned being "hopefully because it seemed cheaper," suggesting that the clinic might present itself as a more affordable option for vet care. This could be a draw for pet owners in Massachusetts who are managing budgets.
- Location Convenience: Situated on Neponset Ave, the clinic is located in a residential area of Boston, which can be a convenient neighborhood option for local pet owners seeking a nearby veterinary provider.
However, it is crucial to address the significant negative feedback. Key concerns highlighted by customers include:
- Customer Service Issues: Both reviews heavily emphasize "horrible customer service" and a "rude" and "condescending" front desk person. This suggests a significant area of concern regarding initial client interactions and communication.
- Lack of Empathy/Understanding: One reviewer felt blamed for seeking affordable care, and that their personal financial situation was dismissed, with an unprompted assumption about a "payment plan." This indicates a potential lack of empathy in client communication.
- Mistrust Regarding Services Rendered/Charged: A reviewer claimed to be "charged $125 for blood work and other stuff that was not done," which raises serious questions about billing practices and transparency.
- Staff's Comfort with Certain Breeds: One reviewer, owning a Rottweiler, felt the staff were "scared of my dog" which stressed the animal out, leading to advice not to bring Rottweilers there. This suggests potential issues with staff training or comfort level with certain dog breeds, which could impact patient care and owner perception.

Come Together Animal Clinic Reviews
Horrible customer service, woman who answered the phone didn't even seem to care and blamed me trying to get help for my dog without having to spend a ton of money after I've been out of work for a long time because I shattered my pelvis. She even ASSUMED that I was looking for a "payment plan" when I absolutely never even asked for one!! When I told her why I was searching for affordable vet care she stated "well we dont offer payment plans". Absolutely ridiculous! Why she is their front woman for the company I have no idea!
Apr 10, 2025 · Jennifer BondUnfortunately I would never bring my dog here again. First off, the front desk person was extremely rude every time that I talked to her on the phone or front desk. She asked if my dog bites (for no reason, she wasn’t barking or growling) and I said no and she said in a condescending way “honey all dogs bite”… Secondly, they were also scared of my dog which stressed her out a lot more. My dog waited in the waiting room patiently, didn't bark or growl. I got charged $125 for blood work and other stuff that was not done. It’s disappointing how awful it was… maybe if there was a different front desk lady, it could’ve changed my opinions. I’m done with the condescending lectures when I’m not even doing anything… I hate to write a bad review but this experience called for it. DON’T bring your rotties here… I was hopefully because it seemed cheaper… find another vet I promise they are out there!!

Jan 24, 2024 · Sarah MirzaI recently had my kitten neutered at Come Together Animal Clinic, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process, making sure that my cat received the best care possible. The procedure was very affordable, and my cat's recovery was quick and smooth. He was back to his playful self in no time, jumping around just a day after the surgery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for affordable and high-quality care for their furry friends.
