This comprehensive approach is particularly valuable in an urban setting like Boston, where easy access to diverse veterinary care can simplify the lives of busy pet owners. Instead of needing to visit multiple specialists for different needs, the hospital strives to provide a significant range of care under one roof.
Their commitment extends beyond just medical treatments; it encompasses preventative care, diagnostic capabilities, and even sensitive end-of-life support. This holistic view acknowledges that pet care is not just about treating illness, but also about promoting long-term health and providing comfort when it's needed most. Boston Animal Hospital Reviews
We had to make the humane decision to put our precious dog of 14 and a half years down. The entire staff at Angel Memorial was amazing during this excruciating time. They gave us a private room to spend as much time with Lola as we needed, allowing us to say our final goodbyes. The doctor was incredibly kind, gentle and understanding during the entire process. It really helped put us at ease during this incredibly difficult time. Angel Memorial is an amazing facility with incredible people working there. We will be forever grateful for the treatment we received.
May 22, 2025 · med01944I’m so over this veterinarian. They make you jump through hoops for that puppy rightfully needs. They don’t inform you when the vet just ups and quits and leaves after his final check up to get his medication. I will be looking for a new vet who has better communication and will not have any delays in my puppies medication. Horrible!!!
Jun 21, 2025 · MsChastity85Just got home from my FIRST experience with BAH and it was a FANTASTIC experience!!!We went in for removal of a benign 5y/o mass on my dog's eyelid and the price was very reasonable and dramatically below their estimate (to which I had agreed and they easily could have charged me.VERY FAIR which is not typical in pet care. I'm a customer FOR LIFE!!! Thank you thank you thank you....GR and Ripley
Apr 10, 2025 · GeoffreyI couldn’t be happier with my experience at Boston Animal Hospital. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding and getting an appointment is a breeze. I can’t recommend Dr. Hemstreet enough. He is so gentle with my anxious pup and takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable while educating me and helping me care for my pet in the best way. 10/10 experience and level of care!
Feb 13, 2025 · Stephanie EsplinBoston Aninmal Hospital and Dr. Evans are the best. Luna was so well cared for it was the only vet practice she actually did not try and bolt out the door. On Luna's last appointment we were concerned she hadstopped eating and was not walking well and Dr. Evans was wonderful and rushed all the bloodwork in house so we would know that day since it was a Thursday and he didn't want us to have to wait until the following Monday for results. We all thought she had a tick borne illness so we tried antibiotics and prednisone which sadly did not help. We ended up having to say goodbye to Luna the next day after rushing her to VEG since they had the ultrasound machine. Dr Evans not only reached out the next day but also reassured us that we had made the right decision and answered all of our questions about her cancer. I have since contacted Lunas breeder and am hoping to get another golden next spring and you can be sure we will be coming right back to Boston Aninmal Hospital and Dr. Evans he truly is a gem and as is all of the techs and front end staff too! Everyone goes above and beyond and getting appointments is easy.
