Atlasvet Reviews
I have been taking my cats (five cats throughout the years) to Atlas vet for the past 10 years. I don't live in DC and drive from MD to bring my cats to Atlas vet. They have great doctors and generally good customer service (I had a few bumps with the front desk customer service, but nothing serious). We used to see Dr. Noon Kampani there, who was nice. She left and then we were seeing Dr. Kate White, whom we adored! She was exceptionally kind and had a great heart. Unfortunately she left too. Since then we have been seeing Dr. Heather McCurdy, who is also super nice and takes time to listen to us and cares about my cats. Most recently, we saw Dr. Ali Sanz who did an excellent job diagnosing my cat Hazel with a serious dental disease that caused her a lot of pain (which I did not know about). Hazel just a dental surgery, I choose to do at the Animal Dental Center in Town MD, who came referred by Atlas. They did an excellent job. I want to thank Atlas vet and Dr. Sanz for the diagnosis and the referral. My cat is going great and says thank you!
Jun 03, 2025 · Anisa AfsharI recently had a truly wonderful experience at Atlasvet with my two pups. Despite one of my dogs being incredibly nervous, the staff was absolutely amazing – they were super helpful and patient, doing everything they could to keep her calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Their attentiveness made a huge difference!
Jun 26, 2025 · Ashley HaasIt hurts to say this. I’ve used Atlas Vet since 2017 and have absolutely loved them. They always showed great care and empathy. In the last couple of years, my experience has completely changed. The care and empathy I appreciated has vanished and I’ve been very uncomfortable with our last two vet techs. I’ll sadly have to change vets after our last visit.
Jun 27, 2025 · Nick ClarksenAtlasVet is absolutely the best! When I moved into DC I needed a vet for my boys, so I asked around and it was unanimous, everyone said "AtlastVet!!!" I am SO glad that I took their advice! My boys were senior dogs, on the last few years of their lives, and Atlas took the most amazing care of them, including helping us get some emergency medicine sent to a pharmacy near us out of state when we were on vacation and one of our boys wasn't doing well. They were always helpful when we needed but never pushy or felt like you were being upsold all the time, you really do leave there feeling like they had the best interest of your kids in mind, not their bottom lines. Even when we moved an hour away we kept our dog going there until he passed because they were worth it. You won't regret choosing Atlasvet.
Feb 27, 2025 · Russell BennettDr Sloan is wonderful. Knowledgeable. Kind. Friendly. Definitely worth the 30 min drive🥰🥰🥰. Doesn’t make me feel rushed. Explains thoroughly. Also, very thorough and follows through in a very timely manner. So happy to receive care here for my poodles.
